The phantoms definitely seem the creepiest to me... Phantom Puppet had noises and movements that reminded me of an Enderman (and I love Endermen so I enjoyed that part)!

Did you know, that Phantom Freddy is Phantom "Golden" Freddy/Fredbear? If you'd look at Withered Golden Freddy, he looks identical to Phantom "Freddy" ...... I've been looking forward to Withered Golden Freddy through the ages, and as a result Phantom Freddy is officially Withered Golden Freddy, the difference is just he is just a Phantom Animatronic right now.

And an add on, or a support for the theory is that Puppet, Springtrap, and Michael are the only ones who survived the fire at the Fazbear's Fright, and while years pass, Springtrap unusually became Scraptrap, then Puppet stayed Phantom inside Lefty, then Michael became Purple through the long years.
