Tears flowing as I type, can’t help but to feel so many different emotions. For me this song hits me in my gut. I lost my husband three years ago. He was 40 years old. Healthy one day, ICU the next day and died not even 24 hours after that. As I reflect on these words in the song, “Sometimes it’s too late to make amends”.. it’s everything and it’s so real. I urge you all to say what you have to say, treat your partners well and don’t be a selfish bitch(at times I was). I only pray he can see me now and how much I’ve grown and changed for the better.
