@@huaduo2000. I do too but the idea of an “almond mom” isn’t about eating light or heavy goods. It’s about whatever they eat its organic, and fresh, and with no preservatives and more nutritious foods that for instance don’t bloat and are antioxidants. Some “almond moms” are restrictive of their children’s eating habits. But mainly plenty of ppl cant get behind or cant afford to get behind such diets. Her saying her mom is a “butter mom” is ridiculous when half her videos meet at least half of the description of what the so claimed “almond” lifestyle is. They just seem to have money and can afford the freshest of ingredients so eating them won’t affect them as much as a regular person that goes to walmart and buys for instance the cheapest butter they can afford. The quality isnt the same

Almond mom: they don’t eat enough and shame the people around them to eat less. Being skinny is everything to them. Fixated on carbs and weight loss, sometimes working out. Crunchy mom: Chooses natural remedies for illnesses (ex: onion in sock when you have a cold) Some don’t believe in vaccinating their children. Doesn’t feed their kid processed foods or sugars, no GMO, etc. Heavily restricted diet at home. Very common for these kids to have never tried unhealthy things like sugary cereals and McDonald’s until they are exposed to it later in life butter mom: this page is the first I heard of it but from what she’s posted I think it means a mom who eats as she pleases and encourages you to do the same. They ask you if you ate today and if you say no they will make you eat something or at least encourage you to eat something
