Yeah, it just sound a little like shit. Three dudes who doesn't give each other room makes up for some very messy sound. I didn't look at the video to see what they did was impressive, I listened to it, and it sounded horrible! The drummer is spot on, but still just making noise in the background, while the bassist and pianist are really impressive, but also in a competition to make the most chords and notes.

It makes me happy to see him hold his bass like that. I'm a guitarist playing bass and every once in a while by accident I take it off my right leg and put it between them and hold it more up-right and I've been thinking it's a taboo thing.
@rele38406 жыл бұрын
Putting your guitar between the legs is the way you should play it, be it your bass or the downgraded 6-string/short-neck version of it :>

No it's not BassTheWorld, it's Mayones, they did the same on the first video of the same trio. I knew it was Ruslan Sirota, the great pianist now based in LA, but the drummer's name remained a mystery after all these months since the first series of Jabba videos. Thanks Gregor.

The first time I heard Hadrien Feraud was a tune on Chick Corea's 'Ultimate Adventure'. Blew my mind. Then on Chick Corea's 'The Vigil'. Excellent recording Feraud's playing is incredible. The Great Christian McBride plays live with Chick on The Vigil gig. One of my favorite Jazz albums. The drummer is Roy Haynes grandson.

Jazz, by giving you improvisational freedom, demands your best musicianship and imagination; this is why the best musicians gravitate toward jazz. If you're a great musician, jazz will expect you to be your greatest musician; that's why I love this music to no end.

Hey Hadrian Feraud, you have such an exceptional artistic touch with your bass that I invested in a bass for the love of the possibilities you offer to this instrument. Your search for sound is so sharp, so drawn ... That I engage in learning the 4-5 strings next to my drums, it was high time that I embarked on the experience of a second instrument . You really helped my decision ;) Thank you !!!
