Here is Part 2 of a series of videos on Jazz Coordination. In this chapter I talk about developing triplet rhythms with the snare and bass drum under the cymbal and hi hat jazz pattern.
The cymbals are all 1950's K Zildjian with a Paiste 22" swish. The drums are Gretsch Centennial series: 18"x14" bass,10",12",14" toms and a 14"x7" snare.
There are calf heads on the snare drum and bass drum.
The exercises demonstrated in the lesson are from pages 62-72 and 124-126 of my book Advanced Coordination for Drum Set and Hand Percussion. You can order that from me at rickdior@gmail.com
