We are selling a truly Beautiful Selmer Cigar Cutter Tenor saxophone on behalf of the Nicoletta who lived with Steve for 12 years and inherited Steve Grossman's Tenor Saxophone upon his passing. She has informed us that this was one of Steve’s favorite horns! It is in great condition and has pads that look like they have been replaced somewhat recently. It seals from top to bottom, and is gig ready!
As all jazz saxophonists know, Steve Grossman was one of the greatest Tenor players of all time! It is in fantastic condition and I have already given it a quick play and all I can say is WOW what a thick sound!

I have had a 13XXX Cigar Cutter tenor since 1981 - play it all the time. The only tenor I have ever had

I have played that instrument many times, Steve has been for many years here in Bologna, see now that is for sale is crazy ...I don't understand how she can do this .. without heart
