I have a much greater appreciation of Louis Armstrong today than I did growing up as a teen. My dad listen to him regularly. My dad passed away in 1995. I am 62. Rest in Peace, dad. Blessings to all these singers, musicians, and crews who made it possible.

Eish!Satchmo, my late brother make to sing all if not most of the LP's/albums of this man with his distinctive voice.He use to come with his friends at our joint/Dla/pouzie home/house and brag about me in singing these songs unfortunately he died in 1979 when/then he introduced me to one of his white friend(s) who was to go and show/introduced me to the family of Louise Armstrong.Yah neh!all the processes collapsed when my brother died in/on 23-11-1979.

It's sad that most kids nowadays will never understand how beautiful music was these songs are just so perfectly classic filled with human emotion even the person singing it you can hear it in their voice they just don't make music like this anymore

i'm not a kid now, i'm 32, but i liked jazz since i was 14 or 15 and i found how sweet and calm the music could be, i fell for frank sinatra and i keep listening this music, i hope more people can get to know it and enjoy it as much as i have done all this time

I have much more appreciation for these songs now that I'm older. All of these songs were sung long before I was born, but I grew up listening to some of them, and some others, I'm hearing for the first time. I came here for Ray charles, but I fell totally in love with all the songs!

I've been lucky to have experienced Jazz since the 80's downward, saw Dexter Gordon live at showing rushes of Around Midnight, listning to Jazz at Dr Jazz in Dusseldorf, Harbor Jazz Club in Rotterdam,, these work related travels,, and many more places,,, enjoyed them
