gerald green was an absolute +/- monster in the 3 wins and 4 close games vs the warriors last year in the west finals same as tucker.....lets not disrespect texas...hes a Houston boy after all..i really think people sleep on his usefuleness size and toughness in a series...he really was the only true backup the rockets could use last year since I count tucker and ariza as sorta co starters last year in terms of minutes they played...the rockets basically used 7 guys and green was better than ariza was...he really was useful last year and this year amongst all their chaos on their bench hes remained constant for 2 years now since they got him....

well I mean house faried and rivers are pretty good....and shump can defend all new additions to go with gerald green...they should be able to get 30+ from this 5 some bench rotation easy and hopefully we dont see nene or clark jr at all vs the warriors outside of garbage time ..they actually have a decent bench ...something they didnt have last year....everyone kept saying all year long their going to miss luc richard mbah moute in the playoffs as if he did anything in the playoffs last year which he didnt...he literally didnt do anything in game 7 as he didnt play in the west finals he didnt make 1 shot outside of garbage time in the west finals he barley played in the 3 close games in the series he was not used until garbage time in the one game the rockets blew them out so him joe johnson tarik black arent losses as they didnt do anything in the west finals making 0 shots outside of garbage time and anderson was literally the only reason they lost game 7 as he was only used in garbage time in their big win was a minus 12 in game 7 in 8 minutes picking up no stats besides 3 fouls trying to guard steph when the rockets won both close games in the series with 7 guys and anderson not being one of them and would of won game 7 had he just not played too smdh and lets not forget how overrated trevor ariza was to this team by media this summer as a loss..dont believe me well he only avg. 5 ppg in those 3 close games 2 wins by under 5 aka games that weren't blowouts which the rockets lost 3 of the 4 blowouts and in the one blowout they won they won by 22 so his 19 in that game wasn't even needed so I throw that game away so in the 3 single digit close games vs the warriors last year in the west finals trevor ariza scored 15 total points on 3-22 from the field 2-16 from 3 6 of 8 fts 1 blk total 4 total assists 12 total rebs (7 rebs which were in game 7 in which he scored 0 points on 0-12 shooting remember with 0 blks 2 stl 2 turn overs 4 fouls 2 assists so those 7 rebs were pointless when he was a minus 15 while on the court aka the worst on the team in game 7) 6 total steals which in 42 minutes a night for 3 games is nothing with 12 fouls 4 turnovers in an average of 41-42 minutes a night in those 3 games....he was flat out terrible even in the 3 close games in terms of the minutes he played and how people act like he cant be replaced makes me smile...green was the only useful backup in that series outside of game 2..dont let anyone tell you otherwise....ariza went 1-18 in games 5 and 7 at home to end his rockets career with 6 total points 8 fouls 3 assists 2 turnovers 9 rebs in 84 minutes ..he will not be missed in a series...he could guard kd yet he allowed kd to score 30 a night on 40% from 3 2.8 made 3's a night 34 in game 7 on your home court where points were hard to come by as they only scored 99 before 2 fts at the very end on 47% fg 89% ft on 9 fts a game in the series lol...so when people say he locked up kd I laugh but so can p.j. tucker who was a plus 43 in the 3 wins on the court and only a minus 1 in the game 7 9 point loss and gerald green who was a plus 38 in the 3 wins and close game 7 always a positive in all 4 of those games that they should of won if cp3 was healthy...think about this....they basically replaced nothing with 3 capable bench scorers and a good defender as a 10th man in case they need him for some reason....ariza gave them 6 total points at home in the 2 biggest games of their season last year in insane minutes ..they just replaced him with about 7 times that at least in 2 big home games....the rockets are gonna score and defend like crazy in this series and can rest their starters a little more too....luckily non of their guys are older than 33 or younger than 24..they have the right age group core to win a series vs the warriors....

Idk I’ve watched almost all Huston games this season. Utah just doesn’t have the right personal to use that method. Bledsoe shut him down in his matchup using this method, Harden only scored when he switched onto someone else. Also great perimeter defenders have made Harden struggle by just playing him straight up like PG, Iggy, and Iggy just to name a few. Jazz didn’t show up in the 4th quarter! They couldn’t make any open shots. They were ice cold from the field. And it didn’t help that the refs wasn’t calling any fouls for the Jazz in the second half. It’s like someone paid the refs to make sure Houston got all the calls and Jazz didn’t get any..

Vixx you really going to act like harden didn’t get a free throw until the 3rd quarter? The Jazz got 15 more free throws which is 3 more than the rockets had in total. The rockets were struggling from 3 and d’d up the jazz and feasted on the supposed DPOY. Harden would have had 40 if they called the fouls correctly. You make a tough grit team like Utah look weak af when you complain about the refs just like my rockets fans complained about officiating when we missed 27 straight 3’s last year. hold the L like a man and get ready for hopefully a good series.
