You might want to combine stop-motion clay animation with blue/green-screen techniques. That way you can easily split filming the characters and background and don't risk of accidentally modifiying the background when moving the characters.
@jr-bh5rm

you dont even have to do that, you can easily fix the moving background props with masks in any video editing program.

Did you know that Coraline was completely stop-motion and they had over 50 heads just for Coraline’s facial expressions? Yeah, these animations that people make completely by hand are so amazing and deserve so much appreciation. Sadly, you don’t see this kind of stuff anymore.
@calliemyersbuchanan6458
@calliemyersbuchanan6458 2 жыл бұрын
What's funny is big budget movies like that are both easier and harder! It was easier because a computer calibrates which facial expression (and thus which head) is needed for each frame. This is especially handy when filming dialogue. But obviously harder because it's that much more complex of a system. I personally love the costumes for the armatures like all of Coralines sweaters were legit hand knitted!!!

I would argue that you can still see stop motion animations being produced, it just isn't easy to make it into mainstream media like say, Coraline or Nightmare Before Christmas.

My first thought was: _Yes, yes it is._ But also stop-motion really is amazing as well as difficult, with the difficulty adding to how enjoyable it is to watch. So it's really cool seeing you take another crack at it, and the final product turned out so nice!

Not many people know about the legend Ray Harryhausen he made a lot of iconic creatures, probably one of the best stop motion animators of all time. What made him so good was how he was able to create unique movements for different creatures to give them realistic textures like an octopus he really had to think about how tentacles move differently than human body and he did this with a bunch of mythical creatures he created that don't even exist in real life so it would be super hard to imagine their movement

Jazza if you read this, this is important...For claymation you need to think about it like sprites with video games. You need to have basically a bunch of different clay figures just for 1 action. And same goes for facial expressions and basic vowels when talking... A, E, I, O, U that's at least 5 different mouth positions just for 5 vowel sounds. And not including the rest of the alphabet like S or T pronounciations. Here's the basics with animation Different mouth shapes for vowels & alphabet Different facial expressions for emotions Different sprites/clay figures for each action & gesture If you can do these basic 3 things then your claymation will be much easier the hardest part will just be making all the clay figures which takes a lot of time but for a typic claymation scene they can have over 100 different clay figures just for those basics. To simplify things you can eliminate any talking so it's purely visual story telling therefor you don't need the mouth shapes for words.

I hope episode 3 comes a lot sooner than 15 years from now. I kind of want an entire series of this show with full half hour episodes.

This was great! Totally loved the dance montage (the mop guitar and twerking were awesome!!!) and the "up to scratch," "spruce," and "Polish" puns. Thsnks for the good laugh. 😁Always was a fan of your animation work. Amazing!

@@TvTitanStudios bro, why you so worried about pronouns, just call them a they if you don't know their pronouns. Also the reason why I said bro shut up is because they are begging for likes.

fun fact: in nightmare before christmas, they had different heads for different expressions. but, because sally had such long hair, they couldnt do that. so they just had the back of her head and eyes and just slapped on faces with different facial expressions

This reminds me of Robot Chicken. Or old-school Christmas movies. Very cool and I like that you always change it up. Very cool ..

I want jazza to try stain glass art one time. It seems like a very fun and addicting concept. Recently I been wanting to try different activities and crafts but haven’t worked up the courage.
