Inspiring. It sounds like there is no friction between what you hear in your mind and what you play. Direct communication from the soul to the fingers via exquisite technique.

When a wonderful interpretation, beautiful playing, and a magnificent song are united by a Rhodes Mark1 .. Bravo indeed! .. And congratulations/thank you for making it your own .. This song is is often recognized for being part of the famous Tony Bennett & Bill Evans album, from which keyboard players often quote .. It was so great to hear a totally "fresh" and innovative treatment .. Wonderful!

You don't have to get taught for this, but it definitely helps to understand the changes more. Listening to music and hours, let's say years, of playing also improves your impro skills. I, for example, started playing the piano after I've studied accordeon for 9 years. By no means I'm as good as the uploader (my left hand is worthless), but I do notice how much my impro has been improved over the years. Just by listening and playing. That's my tip :)

Why is this kind of sparse solo music only on KZbin? The minute someone thinks to record a "real" album, they bring in a coked out drummer and a chorus line of electric guitars. It's hard to find mellow tracks like this on streaming services, unless it's labelled as a baby sleeping aid.
