Njelic is a visionary and he sees the influence and impact the genre can have if greed and the ego can be put to rest. ricky was the protector of sa hip hop n njelic is the saviour piano

Njelic is smart. These countries are just giving. We as South Africans must create our own event and invite these international stars to come here and use their money. When SA artist go overseas they are only making money for that country but not for South Africa. We can do it we just need a great Minister who understand Entertainment industry well. One of the biggest gate keepers is definitely Our SA GOVERNMENT 😢😢😢😢😢

WE NEED OUR OWN FESTIVALS LIKE ROLLING LOUD AND COACHELLA
What Njelic is saying about “amapiano the world” makes sense. People can go to Afronation in Portugal to see amapiano acts why can’t they do the same for South Africa
@Elross_2 жыл бұрын
They don't have money to travel to other continents. The same way we can go to a show here in South Africa but we can't do the same for Portugal. Because we don't have the money. Can only go when it comes to your country.

I feel like Njelic is saying the guys that are out there in the UK are not doing enough to expose the guys that are local for the genre to grow. Sounds like he feels it’s the same people over and over again and because those guys don’t know the history of genre they end up saying things that are not factual about how the sound came about. I think he also fears that this genre is not protected it might end up being just a passing wave.
@sibuyelwedlamini7602 жыл бұрын
Njelic has to understand that as black people from South Africa, we are already handicapped, so we have to showcase our talent to these overseas countries in order for them to actually get the satisfaction we want them to get. You can see by how we're always the ones buying from overseas and not the other way around, so it will take time for the people overseas to actually start booking flights to come to our events.
@mthunzimhlongo6602 жыл бұрын
EYI MAN FUCK OVERSEAS COUNTRIES WE SHOULD BE BUYING OUR OWN PRODUCTS. JUST LIKE EUROPEANS AND AMERICANS. THEY PURCHASE THEIR OWN PRODUCTS. WE DONT NEED THEM WE NEED EACH OTHER.

@@gomolemophala4434 That’s true, and I agree with him. I’m just saying that with the reality and economy we’re living in rn, those international bookings come in handy. Those bookings pay a lot, but then if you not in it for money then who am I to judge😅
@manqobasibanda48232 жыл бұрын
But at the same time we can't expect miracles to just drop down from Heaven like Manna, efforts have to be put within the brand Amapiano itself, within South Africa the root of the genre so that we get the recognition we want...yes touring is great publicity and marketing but major focus should be at the root of Amapiano, South Africa, so personally ii think to quite an extensive degree Njelic was right let Amapiano grow South Africa

So today it's the first time I watched this episode. Mainly because Njelic is someone that I've heard about from songs and I didn't know his face for a very long time. So I got to know him more on Tik-Tok, and I realised that he's funny and he moves differently 😭😭🤣🤣. So I felt like I would know more about him from this episode, due to the fact that his name comes up when pioneers of Amapiano are mentioned. So from this episode what I've learnt is that he has a solid plan to sustain piano for generations, if he can meet people with the same vision, his plan will definitely work. He thinks a lot. Also he is very funny 😂😂😭😭😭😭😫😫😫😫 Ai, mara dipatje tseo a ditsubang di strong 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

Njelic is right, the only way to prolong the genre is by putting us on as young artist. Another thing thats killing our genre is that as upcoming artist we hardly support one another its always competition whilst lona bo jazziq and the likes supported one another. Theres a lot going on... otherwise im on my way to Garage FM.😁
