Not to be THAT person on the internet, but do be careful about masking certain things when it comes to seeing your gynaecologist. 2 days is unlikely to make a huge difference as far as if there is something to worry about. This is just for anyone who may be worried about their gynaecologist judging them, trust me when I say they have smelt and seen just about everything imaginable and beyond imagination. There is no need to feel embarrassed. Also while you’re at your appointment definitely ask them for extra tips too and good luck with it 😊

I'm so glad you stipulated that there are various reasons for people having poor hygiene, including not having a role model. Having worked in mental health and social work, I've worked closely with so many clients who struggle with hygiene due to poor mental health, abusive upbringings, and low income individuals who don't own washing machines and don't have access to various hygiene products. We need to uplift people and be gentle because we don't know the extent of their personal lives. I enjoy watching videos like this to have on hand for young people I work with so that I can recommend resources.

More kitty tips: -Only wash the lips with soap -Do not take summers eves 😭or douche -only warm water to clean inside -wear cotton panties -let her breathe at night -if you don’t like to shave, trimming the hair helps with sweating -pack extra panties everywhere u go if you’re experiencing sweating. Sitting in sweaty underwear works against you -eat YOUR FRUITS & Veggies. Your diet contributes to her health too -drink enough water -Underrated tip: DO NOT use soft tissues that leave tissue particles on your bits, it will irritate your body. No charmin.. I’d recommend Scott. Also you can dry the piss out from between your lips. Just dab

Hi, perfume lover here! I just wanted to correct some things from 9:42 onwards: So basically perfume oils (they’re not essential oils) thrive on moisture which is why you should use vaseline or moisturiser, and that’s why they’ll also project more in humid weather! The heat from your pulse points evaporates the alcohol which releases the scent :) cool chemistry things! About rubbing the wrists together, it basically ‘crushes’ the top notes. So your perfume isn’t being rubbed off - but it’ll flatten the depth of the fragrance. I wouldn’t recommend Eau de Parfums JUST because they last longer; it will still depend on what notes that fragrance has, and plus Eau de Toilettes are generally more affordable and also have more projection (which means a wider area of where people can smell it) Love your videos and thank you for all the tips! ❤

@pinkapoppy2 ай бұрын
@ I don’t think they do the same thing - essential oils don’t work with skin in the same way, I’m sure you can try but perfume oils and essential oils are different things, so perfume oils are made to evaporate from skin and last to smell good on skin, whereas essential oils are usually the actual ingredient and used to put in things like a diffuser

another tip i learnt to prevent back acne is when you're washing your hair, don't wash your body when waiting for the conditioner or treatment to sit. finish with your hair and then your body shower because the residue from your conditiner when rinsing drips on your back and if you don't wash your body after that .... that causes back acne

I moved to a new state and felt like I haven’t been taking care of myself well (don’t take it wrong, I do what I need to do) but I haven’t treated myself THIS well because I’ve been struggling. Thank you so much for the advice and motivation

For perfume: use a double boiler to melt Vaseline and add (this might be expensive) a good amount of your perfume to it. Then put that on your pulse points before you spray your perfume. Lasts so much longer

Btw for all y’all low porosity girlies, SKIP THE COLD RINSEE. Our hair has trouble holding in and soaking in moisture so we need our water to be warm in order to open up the pore things in our hair. If we were to use cold water, we would waste all the conditioner/hair mask we put in our hair after we rinse off our shampoo with cold water.

The best feeling is when it’s so hot outside and you have a freezing cold shower.. until the water hits your back.
