I always love how got7 never refers to igot7s as just fans but girlfriends, best friends etc. Like it's a relationship. But I also love how even thought got6 will tease Jb, at the same time they respect him. But also how when everyone was crying and he said he had to look out for them and hold in his tears. also when Jb was counting to make sure all the members were there, it reminds me of a parent when taking kids on vacation and he's making sure he has everyone. Actually i have been a fan of 2 boybands for these past years , the other band is so famous but i can say that jb is really the best leader , he is not overacting and doesn't show off his good side ,while the other band i can clearly see that their leader only cares about business than member's feelings and happiness he is also so insecure and gets jealous from his bandmates he is competitive and has a bad attitude and i can feel that he thinks that he is the reason of his band's success ,also how he likes when his favourite member praise him and thank him for the band's success,and acts like he cares about others while he sabotages one member and deprives him from lines cause this member always praise the other rapper and songwriter in the group .while in got 7 i have seen a different kind of leader , jb is a good person before being a leader

I just watched this again after a year and I will still say, "JAY B/JB/LIM JAEBEOM/DEF" is the BEST LEADER. After the comeback and until this day, we keep on having content for GOT7 even if they are on solo activities right now, BECAUSE THEIR LEADER MADE A WAY. Because JAY B made it possible for all of us to witness the solos but also have a GOT7 comeback. He even said he will hold that one person(who might want to leave) just so that GOT7 could still be GOT7. He will never let them go. He respected their decisions on leaving JYPE but also wanted to stay as GOT7. Because it was hard, he had to sacrifice and give way. He signed up for his solo agency last among the members so that he can do the things that will eventually make his vision for GOT7 and promise to ahgases come true. He chose a good agency with Jay Park as his mentor that supported him and allowed him to do the activities with GOT7 even with their solos. All the other agencies, if they didn't respect JAY B and what he does, I don't think it will be this easy for all the agencies to allow the boys to do this. JAY B chose to continue a business partnership with Warner Music because of the freedom and the support that Warner can do. So even when doing solo activities, Warner is able to freely promote each member. With this, each member, no matter where they go, can carry with them the name GOT7 because JAY B took the time to talk to his previous agency and some important people to be able to transfer all rights to each member and be able to use their name. We cannot imagine the amount of dedication and perseverance that JAY B did to help the group and all members thrive on their own but still be part of GOT7. Some groups falter after leaving their agencies. Some only have others active, mostly don't get to reunite or have a decent comeback. GOT7 was able to come back after less than 2 years with thriving solos and even with international members going around the globe, with 2 actors who are also so busy. And while all these are happening, JAY B is releasing collabs with friends and music with his other crew members. Even Jackson who has his own company and is a leader himself never fails to recognize, acknowledge and show respect to JAY B as his leader. He even shares a piece of advice with another leader's group about this. And now, when Youngjae is doing his activities or he is sick, JAY B never fails to be there to fill in for him to show his support. Honestly, I've never seen anyone like this. He had depression but he was still able to do his best and make all of this possible. I cry to myself just thinking about the time when I will finally be able to meet this AMAZING HUMAN/ANGEL. He inspires me so much. I wish I could be like him too.

I remember reading somewhere about jaebeom being the leader of "6 other ambitious alphas" and I've not stop thinking about that ever since. Ngl I'm a multi but got7 are one of the most ambitious bunch I've known in kpop, no matter in their solo or their group career. Fr handling 6 other young men like that while taking into account their popularity and the industry they're in is not the slightest bit easy for anyone. So the way jaebeom excels at being the leader of got7 all while doing it really admirably honestly makes me super proud to stan a person like him. i remember in an igot7 episode (igot7 was there first reality show after debut and it premiered three months i think after their debut) and JB had to give a punishment to jinyoung and so he hit him, but whenever the members recieved a punishment JB always checked up on them after. It was just him hitting Jinyoung and after he hit him, he went to check up on him, but jackson being jackson lmao said no leave him don't say sorry, but JB like pushed him to the side (both of them laughing ofc!!) and he made sure to check on Jinyoung and said sorry. Thank you for this. Sometimes I feel like a lot of fans don't really realise how genuine Jeabeom is. He is not the social butterfly type but a tsundere guy, the type of man who quietly takes care of the people around him, selfless and humble. He took his role as leader seriously, he believe it's his responsiblity to make GOT7 grow as a group. He always stressed that he, firstly want to establish GOT7 as a solid group, like putting his self ambitions and desires aside. He may not show public affection that much but he must be a really reliable person. Even before debut, when it wasnt even known they would be in a group together, Yugyeom called him when he was having a hard time...it was like a younger brother calling his big hyung telling on people harassing him. Telling yugyeom to voice his opinions regarding group activites.Like when he noticed Bam was having a hard time, he made time to take him out , made Bam open up to him.Taking care of youngjae who joined late etc. etc etc

aaahh this so cute to watch!! tysm for this 💞 All the members say Jaebeom liked to care in a quiet way cuz he gets shy if he’s thanked, it rlly shows in this video 😂 I realized while watching got7’s vlives since debut, after jypnation (when Jaebeom cried to Nikhun about how he wants everyone to be happy, and isn’t sure how he should act, to which Nikhun gave him advice and comfort) he really changed and grew into the best leader ever. In all the vlive videos after jypnation (especially during 2016 - 2019 when the members needed more “care” in a way) he was extremely careful of everyone, making sure everyone was included and appreciated and no one felt hurt, acknowledging whoever was interrupted and giving them a “i’m listening” look so they don’t feel excluded, listening to everyone else first and apologizing or laughing things off instead of countering even though he’s competitive. Recently I watched got2day 2016 with every member, and Jaebeom complimented and comforted each member for about half the video telling each of them they were perfect the way they are, and respectable people that are good at what they do. And with Mark since Mark felt a little sad during that time because fans said his videos were sweet but a little boring (He is not boring though) so Jaebeom at first gave a side glance and saw how Mark looked a little upset, and then even though Jaebeom is a quiet person he made sure to talk a lot and ask him questions or tell stories about things Mark is good at 🥲 He’s really good at judgement and how to acknowledge others and change himself for the better of others- anyways imma end my rant here 🥶 idk where this came from just suddenly had the thought to write down LMAOOOO

I’m literally stanning so many groups but I have to proudly say that there is no leader like Jaebum. He is a born leader. I can’t imagine someone better than Jaebum. He is so amazing I can’t even explain. It’s like a prince knowing he is going to be a king one day. It is their true self. And Jaebum is the perfect example. I love this man and so thankful for him and everything he has done to and with the boys. jyp or not got7 or not they will always be 7 and always in my heart. Not only igot7 look up to JB but also his own members. They are proud of everything he does and respect him so much. They are such a wonderful family.

Thank you so much for this video, really... Although it does make me hate myself a little for not noticing so many instances of JB being a great leader when he wasn't my bias (he is now). BTW, I don't remember which video it's from, but Youngjae has mentioned that whenever JB makes a song for GOT7, he always tries to divide parts fairly among the members. JB even said that he assigned parts for the 6 members first, then took the leftover for himself (which I find incredibly selfless considering he's one of the two main vocalists and it's HIS SONG). In their old dorm, the hyungs gave the largest/nicest room to maknaes Bambam and Yugyeom, and JB talked about why it's important that the youngest members have the room (Bam and Gyeom were still growing, the hyungs felt sorry for them because it's hard to be away from home at that age. The hyungs wanted them to feel comfortable so that they don't get homesick)... At that point, I was already a K-pop fan for 4 years, but I had never seen a hyung-line or a leader so selfless (because K-culture puts more emphasis on age, no? Correct me if I'm wrong). More often than not, it's "I'm older, so I get to pick the room first." JB is a great leader because he has this strong foundation: he genuinely is a good, kind-hearted, understanding, and selfless person. A person like that doesn't care about walking in front so that the public can see just how many followers are behind him, a person like that walks with his members so that all of them can achieve their goals together.
