I think he's a good coach. Wasnt his fault there were often injured. Even when not injured, they have a flawed roster.

Why do people always talk about firing coaches because they don’t win a ring? It’s such hyperbole and an over reaction when they do fire them. This team wasn’t built for a championship. They need a few years to build up before that’s a possibility.
