Beautiful and unique deck. I love the reading you did at the end, the spread is very interesting and it spoke to me at the moment! I regret selling mine.... I wanted the Blue Angels version with better card stock, but never bought it. I have other decks of Lucy Cavendish, I love her oracle decks.

I like the messages. Not the same old same old ones as on every deck. I had a deck with gilded edges and a bunch of them stick together a d hid when I did my unboxing. Realized it half way through lol.

Great review!! The mermaid in a Koi pond card......the "legend" about koi fish is that they are the first form of a dragon. They need to swim and leap through rivers and up waterfalls (lifes challenges) when they achieve this...they will then transform into a dragon xx

I have the fighter jasmine Beckett Griffith decks and love shadows and light and les vampires. Even though I love the artwork of the shapeshifters but for some reason I personally can not work with it for readings.

I’m so torn! I want this deck I love the messages however I agree the art is a bit strange ! It seems a bit darker than the decks I’m used to! But for shadow/light work I guess it works! But it’s definitely a bit creepy for my taste . We will see if I end up getting them! Reviews are mixed :/

You want a REALLY interesting take on little red riding hood, look for the movie Hard Candy with Ellen Page. (VERY STRONG/DIFFICULT THEMES but it's basically a game of cat and mouse where who is tbe predictor and who is tbe prey gets seriously turned on its head)

I'll be honest that I'm not a huge fan of the artwork of these decks, I think she's an amazing artist it's just not a style that really resonates with me. I was given these decks to check out so they weren't ones that I purchased myself. However before that I had seen the Shadows and Light and that one had gotten my attention. I most resonate with the messages on S&L and I feel like it is fairly balanced in light and shadow (makes sense given the name). I find it really gives good readings of the ones I have tried.

While I love some of the cards in this deck, I think I'll pass on this one. I feel like this deck is aimed at a much younger audience. Some artwork really captures my heart, like the Time Has Come card. Maybe in the future I will change my mind, since the Lucy Cavendish decks that I own are amazing, but I just don't know about this one.
