Manager നെ താങ്ങി നടക്കുന്നവൻ നല്ല increment അടിച്ചോണ്ട് പോയി.ഇപ്പൊ ഞാൻ വരുന്നു ജോലി ചെയ്‌യുന്നു. തിരിച്ചു പോവുന്നു. ആരും ആയി attachment ഇല്ല. Corporate is full of snake's. Be aware guys. Do not work after the time frame 9 to 6. Still they foce you to work. Ask for extra pay after 6 pm. Otherwise whether your task is completed or not leave at sharp 6 pm.

I used to work from 9am to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. Sometimes, Sundays also. With no extra pay. Exploiting freshers is normal in India.

Im a person who moved to Syd, Aus after working in different parts of India for years(MNC). Trust me…Every country has its own problems. There are tonnes of issues here in Aus as well. But if there is one thing that I love about Aus is work culture. Never felt Monday morning as hell. Relaxed ,having life, nature after work. Can you imagine family, couples, friends enjoying walks, party on Monday evening after work (around 6pm).. You see that here. Wish my motherland learn from this!!

I worked at EY, after completing 10 months I put on my paper and then served 2 more months notice period (just to complete 1 year). I worked with all the big 4's except Deloitte. I am not sure how hell would look like but I am sure that it will be better than EY. Had a manger who pings me 24/7 and co workers were also toxic. I have gathered all my courage to make a decision to resign even without another offer in my hand, I am glad that I took that decision.

I had worked for a Logistics company in 🇶🇦. Job was very Hectic & pressure. Since I was a fresher in GCC they used to toy with me. Often they demotivated me personally, saying that it's not for you, you can't deal this kind of Jobs. Told like your IQ level is very low. That's why you are not able to grasp concepts. I was literally so stressed. As a result i was affected with serious Gastric ulcer & had to returned back to 🇮🇳 for treatment. When I said this what they told me was " its good you got affected with this disease, we were anyway looking to termimate you.

ഞാൻ മുന്നേ വർക്ക്‌ ചെയ്തിരുന്ന കമ്പനിയിൽ എനിക്ക് മുന്നേ ആ പോസ്റ്റിൽ ഇരുന്ന ആൾ അയാൾക്ക് ചെയ്യണ്ടാത്ത പല ജോലികളും എടുത്ത് ചെയ്യുമായിരുന്നു. മറ്റു സ്റ്റാഫുകളുടെ വർക്കുകൾ ചെയ്ത് അവരുമായി സൗഹൃദം സ്ഥാപിക്കാനായിരുന്നു എന്ന് തോന്നുന്നു. പക്ഷെ ഇത് പിന്നീട് ആ പോസ്റ്റിൽ വന്ന എനിക്ക് കോടാലിയായി. തുച്ഛമായ ശമ്പളവും അതിന്റെ കൂടെ കമ്പനി പറഞ്ഞിട്ടില്ലാത്ത പണികൾ മാനേജ്‌റും സ്റ്റാഫും നമ്മുടെ തലയിൽ കൊണ്ട് ഇട്ട് തരും. ആദ്യം ഒരു ഉപദേശം പോലെയായിരുന്നു. പിന്നീട് ചെയ്യാൻ പറ്റില്ലാന്നു നിലപാടെടുത്തപ്പോൾ പിന്നെ കുറ്റപ്പെടുത്തലുകളായി. മുന്നേ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്ന ആൾ ചെയ്തിരുന്നല്ലോ അപ്പോൾ താനും ചെയ്യണം എന്ന ലൈൻ. ആദ്യമൊക്കെ അഡ്ജസ്റ്റ് ചെയ്തു. പിന്നെ കുറ്റം കേൾക്കാൻ തുടങ്ങിയപ്പോ പറ്റില്ലാന്ന് നിലപാടെടുത്തു. ഇത് കൊണ്ട് പ്രശ്‌നം എന്താണെന്നു വച്ചാൽ നമ്മുടെ സന്തോഷം ഉള്ള ഒരു വർക്ക്‌ കൾചർ ഇതോടെ പോയി കിട്ടി. എന്റെ ഭാഗമാണ് ശരിയെന്നു തെളിഞ്ഞെങ്കിലും വർക്ക്‌ കൾചർ മടുപ്പായതോടെ ആ കമ്പനി വിട്ടു. ഒരു തരത്തിൽ ഇതിനെല്ലാം കാരണം ആവശ്യം ഇല്ലാത്ത ജോലികൾ എടുത്തു തലയിൽ വെക്കാൻ പോയ എന്റെ മുൻഗാമി തന്നെയാണ്. ഒരു കമ്പനിയിൽ നമ്മൾ ഇരിക്കുന്ന പോസ്റ്റിന്റെ വില മനസ്സിലാക്കാതെ എല്ലാരുടെ തോളിലും കയ്യിട്ട് നടക്കാൻ പോയാൽ നിങ്ങളോട് മാത്രമല്ല ഇനി അതിലേക്ക് വരുന്ന ആളോടും ചെയ്യുന്ന ദ്രോഹം ആയിരിക്കും. No പറയേണ്ടേടത്ത് അത് പറയുക തന്നെ വേണം. എല്ലാവരുടെയുംസ്നേഹം സാമ്പാദിക്കാൻ നടന്നാൽ അതിനു വലിയ പണി പുറകെ വരും. എനിക്ക് മുന്നേ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്ന ആൾ ആദ്യം സ്നേഹത്തിന്റെ പുറത്ത് ചെയ്ത് കൊടുത്തു പിന്നെ പെട്ടു പോയതായിരിക്കാൻ തന്നെയാണ് സാധ്യത.
