same thing happens to me, but with my right hand speaker. A few months ago I noticed that it whent off from time to time, but after a few hours it fixed itself, and never happened again, but yesterday, suddenly, it just stopped. I'm kind of afraid to open it because I don't want to break the pads. Can anyone tell me if there is a especially delicate part of the process of disassembling that I might need take into account before starting with it?

Thank you so much. This video helped me so much. Girls and guys if you don't have the correct screwdriver then the thin metal top of your nail filer works well enough to open the screws. I did it the same way.

The left speaker didn't work for me. I cleaned up all contacts with WD-40 on both sides and pulled the left spring a lil bit. It's working perfect now. Thank You!

Thanks for showing me the inside, my problem was the on/off button was sliding of the side of the button inside .Must of been from a drop. But I didn't know till I looked inside...This video ended up still helping me,

Two years late but yes, you may, and quite simple to do. I replaced mine a year ago and it's still going strong.

Colocar as almofadas não é complicado, só ter jeito. Tem um pequeno sulco que serve de guia pra você colocar, o segredo é não ficar forçando.

Great video but unfortunately it did not help in my case. Mine started to turn on, being shortly in pairing mode (around 10 seconds or less) and then turn off on their own. Same happens if I turn them on. Checked signal on all the buttons and accumulator voltage, it seems to be sound but the whole damn thing still does not work ((( Also tried charging to full capacity, it does not help either. Used for one year very carefully, not dropped, not contacting with moisture.

Try to slide in the thinnest stretchable part of the cushion in the circular grove (hollow) around the cup and keep moving ..keep holding the part where the cushion has been inserted else it might slip out...it might take a few minutes so do it patiently
