You know what's bad about this JBL boombox? Once those woofers are exposed and something hits it hard, they will tear and mess up. Why not just keep them permanently covered to avoid any damage? The woofers on the sides are also exposed. Why not create a cover that can be detacheable in case cleaning the unit is necessary? These things are designed to break so that you will buy a new one once it's messed up already. Unless you want to give it TLC all the time then buy this type of boombox.
