Bro sony ht s20 vs jbl Sb190 which one is good for small room - i want loud sound and deep bass which one should i choose
@skip2review28 күн бұрын
I would recommend the JBL. Sony probably has louder sound and better bass (it isn’t a huge difference but there definitely is a difference). However Sony also has a big mess of wires. So if you want a clean setup with great sound, you should go for JBL. Input source also has an impact on sound quality. If you want to connect via an HDMI or optical cable then JBL will not disappoint you at all, it is awesome. With bluetooth, JBL has slightly lesser sound output.

Hi bro, is sb 190 better than samsung b550e for listening Punjabi songs and watching bollywood movies? My room size is 15×12.Sound clarity is my priority.Thanks in advance.

Hi @Bsukhdips, I feel you should go with JBL SB 190. i have it and I feel the performance is awesome for the money. Also JBL is really awesome when it comes to dialogue clarity and punchy bass. I have heard the Samsung B550E in 3 different showrooms. None of them showed it to me when connected via HDMI, they all played audio over bluetooth and aux. The experience was underwhelming I was not impressed. Unfortunately I have not heard the Samsung over HDMI and I am sure it would make a difference but I think JBL is a safer bet. I have the JBL and even on bluetooth it does sounds better than the Samsung. Hope this helps.

Thanks for this video. Is the audio quality on bluetooth bad?

It is not bad at all. However the sound level (volume) via bluetooth was lower in my test.

Can you please play both JBL sb190 and Logitech z906
@skip2reviewАй бұрын
@buggybgbassbooster - I do not have Z906 with me but I have experienced them during my college days. In terms of sound quality, the Z906 would be quite awesome. From my memory I can say that it might be slightly better than the SB190 (but I may be wrong). I can tell you a few things which are important to consider though. The Z906 are ‘multimedia speakers’ better suited for use with a computer. All 5 speakers and the subwoofer will have separate wires connecting them to the control hub. The other thing you will miss out on the Z906 is ARC with HDMI input. This is helpful if you want to connect the speaker to your TV and control the speaker volume with your TV remote. The Z906 is a very old (also, reliable and trustworthy) model. This means that it does not have the capability to decode modern audio formats like Dolby Atmos. Having said that it is also fair to say that with the SB190, even if it is able to decode the new formats it might not be able to deliver those effects to a great extent, so it might be a non-factor. I would say that if you want to buy this for use on a computer table with a computer, buy the Z906, if you want to connect to you TV kept on a TV console, go for the SB190 soundbar (no wire clutter, easier connection and control, modern aesthetic and audio format support).

@@skip2review always this happens to me. I asked. About 20 reviewers. They gave same reply as they don't have z906.
@skip2reviewАй бұрын
I understand. It is a very old model and computer speakers have sort of gone out of style for the lack of a better term. But as I said I have heard them when I was in college. And they sound really awesome. But I feel that Z906 is outdated and complicated and has a huge wire-mess. I do hope that you find what you are looking for.
@buggybgbassboosterАй бұрын
@@skip2review actually I meant that how will be the sound performance if both played at same time.
@skip2reviewАй бұрын
I understand. As I mentioned earlier, I have heard Z906 many years ago, around 2012 or sometime back then. In my opinion a lot would depend on what you want to hear. If you want to hear mp3 files on your PC, or audio via aux input, then the logitech Z906 would beat the SB190. However if you want to watch TV and watch Netflix / Prime etc via your TV, then the SB190 will win. This is because the SB190 is a modern system and can decode the modern codecs better. But obviously and unfortunately, I cannot prove any of this.

Jbl sound bar 500 pro good ?
@skip2reviewАй бұрын
JBL 500 pro is very good. Also it is a very important thing what your sound source is. The best quality will be achieved over HDMI or optical cable. If you use bluetooth, the sound quality will degrade (this is true for most soundbars).

What about dolby atmos? Is this soundbar had dolby atmos features?

This soundbar has virtual Dolby Atmos. It tries to recreate Atmos effects using the 2 forward facing speaker drivers it has (alongwith 2 forward facing tweeters). For believable vritual Atmos you need at least 1 upward facing speaker. The feeling that I got was that it is a hit and a miss and depends on the sound source. If you really listen for environement sounds coming from above you will probably be able to hear some of them. But if I’m being honest, at this price point I don’t think any speaker system will give you ‘tremendous’ Atmos effects. In this price range I am not aware of any other product that even tries to deliver Atmos, so this one is as good as it gets for the money.

Which is best jbl deep bass 2.1. MK2 or this sb 190 in case of thump bass ? Is this apt for music listening?
@PradeepKumar-vv7jtАй бұрын
Sb190 you will not feel too much bass if you like bass, I just got mine a couple of days back, atleast on low volume you will not feel it, if you want room to be filled with music with bass and music this is not the one, this for clarity, vocal and trebble

@@F22raptoraircraft oh you are looking only for 2.1 , i would recommend Yamaha brand or JBL sb 190. , for bass song HT s20 or s40r but they are 5.1. I can record on sb190 and share any of your fav songs if that helps you in shortlisting.
@skip2reviewАй бұрын
I mostly agree with @PradeepKumar-vv7jt ji. However, I like the sound quality of this soundbar. Even at lower volumes the performance is quite good in my opinion. Sony models are definitely louder and punchier in terms of sound. The reason I chose this one is that with this soundbar we don’t have to manage a lot of cables. The soundbar requires 2 cables (power and sound) and the subwoofer required just power and can be kept anywhere in the room. For me having a clean TV console in my living room was important. If you are not bothered by wires and Sony’s proprietary connecters then 100% go for Sony HT-S20R (go for HT-S40R if you can spend that much because the surround sound in that is quite awesome).

@@PradeepKumar-vv7jt thank you so much brother for your kind words.. I have another doubt , Can we expect the same bass from the JBL SB 240 or JBL SB 270 that you get in a boat sound bar under 10000 rupees?
