bought the JBL 5 and Bose Mini together, returned the Bose bc the bass drowned out the mids and highs wayyyyy too much and sounded so muffled no matter how much I tweaked the EQ (Sound Beautifier by Swiss Selection)

Clip is harsh on the ears at high volumes. Its just loud. Bose has a smoother sound. More enjoyable listen IMO. The sony is nice listen too. All these are great.

You can pair them with the option "dual audio" vus bluetooth on new smartphone! And also with the "stereo mode" on Jbl app! Not party boost but stereo mode yes. By the way, With "dual audio" on new smartphones, you can pair EVERY MUSIC BOX you want, diesn't matter the brand. Auracast is different ma similar and is only on the new Jbl boxes.

i have the go 4, clip 5 and charge 5 and it's a real bummer that i cannot connect all of them together. Nevertheless clip 5 is absolutely amazing!

I own the clip 4 and 5. I had to mess with eq to make the 5 sound like the 4 which I like. When I pair the 5 with the stage 320 it has plenty of base with surround sound. When I get my other 320 back off me mate I’ll auracast all three then my little clip 5 will be booming lol.

They all sound pretty good (for small speakers), the JBL is a little nasaly, the Sony's mids are scooped, and the Bose is almost right. Too much money for the JBL, and Bose. I just bought a soundlink flex for $20 more.

I have Bose & JBL use for diff needs (cycling vs ski) sound very similar. Bose wins for mids and less tinny sound. JBL wins for decibels and carabiner

That Bose micro needs an update to usb-c new driver and colors like JBL THE Clip 5 is awesome I still prefer the packaging on the Clip 4 for display. Great video as always.

The clip 5 is as loud as a Beats pill,but like all jbl portable speakers the battery is horrible,on full blast the clip 5 will last in my experience 3.5 to 4 hours

6:04 Upon me,The sony xb100's mids are very well prononced and its has more bass than the jbl clip 5.But this one's highs are more noticable and pronounced than the sony.
