I’m having sensor issues where they keep beeping on and off I don’t know how to fix it

I believe it's the built-in automatic pause/play when you go to take the headphones off or put them back on. So if you pull them off of your ears the sensor inside of the headphones assume that you're about to put them down so it makes that beeping noise to indicate that it is pausing for you. Then when you lift them up to put them back on you get to hear it again when it automatically starts playing for you again.

I got a pair and find the left speaker is louder then the right speaker. Also very delayed when pressing play and pause and the om ear sensor is very bad.

(Copied from my comment on another vid) Don’t buy these, I’m wearing em right now and they’re literally perfect except for the sensors which pause/unpause the music when you take them on or off are horrible. Even when you have the headphones on in a perfect fit the headphones will randomly pause and unpause whatever you’re watching / listening too constantly and it’s paired with this annoying sound which gets tiring quick. This makes them literally unusable whenever the headphones decide to act up. And eating food with these on is impossible as the movement of your jaw triggers the pause / unpause feature. This feature makes the headphones go from a 5/5 to a 1/5. They have an app where they claim you can turn off this feature but it doesn’t actually turn it off.

Maybe JBLs quailty has deteriorated over the years I had a pair off jb c45bt headphones that were alot cheaper than these about 3 years ago and there were mega loud i here alot off poeple complaing saying JBL ent loud anought no matter what model it is disappointing tbh really enjoyed my older c45 bt and there were only like £45 they could off done with a little more bass yh but the clarity and loudness was spot on

With the headphones on, touch the left headphone for 2 seconds and Siri or Alexa wakes up!!!!! It’s just like saying “hey siri” or “alexa”. I’ve had these headphones for 4 months and I just learned this by going through the app looking at the “quick start” page. These just became my favorite headphones!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
