I'm struggling to get this headset set up correctly for when I am on a call - more specifically a MS Teams call. It automatically transfers to talk-thru / transparency and then randomly adjusts to full ANC. Is this the adaptive ANC level setting playing a roll?

Yes. This happens based on your surrounding environment and your interactions. If you are in a noisy environment, the ANC might turn on to block out the noise. If you are talking and there is a sudden change in the ambient sound, it might switch to talk through mode to let you hear your surroundings better. You can turn it off in the APP so it doesn't happen automatically if this is a problem for you.

What is different between tune and live headphones

The LIVE have more premium design, while the TUNE seem more minimalistic. The LIVE has bigger drivers so they sound more immersive while the TUNE sounds more balanced.
