I would suggest going for the Sony wh ch 720N. They are the lightest headphones so can be worn for very very long. Build quality feels a bit cheap but sound wise it doesn't disappoint in bass. The space ones are also good but get the Soundcore Q30 instead for 6000 in Amazon. They sound the best even better than the Sony which 720N both in lows and mids. Highs are also pretty good till 90% volume but may crack up at 100%. LDAC sound great and it comes with a case and nice premium build. But the plastic in it is known to develop crack after a few years. So in that department space one may be better.

I saw your previous review for this headphones and decided to go for them.... Great pair. It has been almost 4 month and still enjoy them and is my goto listening device. The battery life is stellar... lasts so long [ twss ;) ]. Only few complaints: 1. wish it didnt get so sweaty 2. The way the touch control lacks any customisation is very sad.. very very sad.Can't even turn off touch controls without reboot the headphone..... even my 3K worth realme buds has more customizable touch controls. 3. ANC could've been a little more better....

There are electronics in most headphones and earphones to suppress a high input, but I'd never advise plugging in a fast charger. The slowest charge up ensures better longevity for all batteries. Always fast charging them can drastically reduce their lifespan.

I have been enjoying your reviews and have been eyeing up the JBL Live 770NC. I am leaning towards using them for home use as I have had great success with using JBL Live Free 2 TWS at the gym. The hot ear cups is a concern though. Do you have a recommendation of a JBL over the ear that doesn't get so hot over the ear?

The hot ear thing applies to most headphones. Especially closed back ones. If it's not too humid where you live, it's not bad really.

I haven't tested the 660NC to know what the differences are for sure, but usually, newer models have a few more features and minor audio tweaks, if at all. The ANC might be better done too, with the 770NC.

Hi I really loved your main review and this 6 months after update! I'm planning to buy the jbl live 770nc for daily commutes as well as a bit of pc gaming, but just a quick question before I do. I usually play cs2 on pc which relies entirely on reaction time. So my question is, will there still be latency / lag when I connect the headphones on 3.5mm cable to my pc while gaming? Thanks

A cable is always the way to go if you don't want lag. BT connections do 40-80ms now a days but cables have always been about 7-10ms in response time. You'll be better off using the cable for gaming and visual content.

Do you use smart audio or video? I find the sound is more pure with it off for both music and movies.

Smart audio only ensures it uses the higher bit rate codec and the smart video reduces latency. I don't use smart video since I don't consume visual media with earphones but I do use the smart audio. It's ever so slightly better detailed but with it off, battery life should be slightly better.

You should be able to disengage the touch panel from the app, but it shouldn't get activated via the touch panel by a pillow surface. It could be something your phone is doing. But try putting the panel off. If it helps, nothing like it.

JBL Tour One M2 at 12k doesn't sound right to me unless someone's selling their own unit. New ones go for almost 20k. I haven't tested the Sennheisers, but every Sennheiser I've heard, I've always liked. You can't really go wrong with them. These are also a nice set to own. JBL has been doing some good stuff lately.

The Tour One M2 is in the same league as the Sony XM4 and Bose NC700, so the deals it's going for are crazy. The Live and this have feature differences. The Live is a louder set of headphones and not as clean sounding. I prefer the Tour One M2 on a sound front. It certainly has a more premium sound.

Hey @Paul's POV I bought these just 2 days ago.....They are really Great while Using through Bluetooth, Sounds Great via Bluetooth but when it comes to listen songs via connected provided 3.5mm Jack these sounds horrible like any 250rs Headphones....Why is that? Try putting them off when on cable. I enjoy it with the cable only when they're off and I'm connected to my Hi-Res audio. These have DSP going on when on which can tend to over correct the tuning, which can make them sound odd. Let me know if it works for you. The device you're listening from should also ideally have a good DAC and Amp. If it's not good hardware, you'll hear it.

That sounds like a good deal to me and two years on a set of headphones isn't end of life anyway. I've had headphones for 6-8years before the battery started acting up. Either way, I'm sure you'll be happy with either headphone.

I haven't experienced headaches with ANC, but when I first experienced ANC, I did feel nauseated. I did get used to it over time, and the feeling of nausea did stop. Headaches are usually caused by a tight clamping force from the headband. Try readjusting it if it is. If it's the ANC, try putting it off and see of the headaches continue.
