I bought a right jbl live free headphones because my original one broke. Do you know how I can configure this new one? Bluetooth reads them to me as two different headphones, so the sound comes out either from the right or the left and not together

Do you have a troubleshooting guide if the left earbud is not turning on? I have tried factory reset but no luck

I think a factory reset would be the only thing that you would be able to do. If the buds don't work even after that, I think it's best to send it to get repaired by a professional. But you could troubleshoot some things yourself, to understand what is the problem with the left earbud, is it the battery, the connectivity, etc. First thing you could do to see if the battery works, is observe if the light on the left earbud turns on or flashes when you take it out of the case.

@@sukarth it does not light up for the small led on the left earbud. It does not give off any sound as well when the sensor is covered (like putting it on). When in the charging cradle, it shows up normally in the app but it looks like it is busted. The battery percentage jumps from different percentages and i think it does not charge.

@@KevinNereid Oh that's sad😔. Based on what you are saying, I think the left earbud is destroyed but I can't really determine weather it is the software or the hardware that is completely broken. As far as I know it is quite hard to repair earbuds.

@@sukarth the buds are brand new. No damage nor did it fell. So yeah. I went to one of the jbl stores in our place. They said to bring the receipt and box so they can send it over for repair or replacement if faulty.

Btw, the audio was recorded on the microphone of the same earbuds
