I watched this review before and after purchasing the 2x710. Had the opportunity to listen to 710, 1000 and Ultimate live in the store. After a lot of research, comparing my needs and budget, I can help you with your choice. Even with the best headphones and the best recording device, you won't be able to experience the real thing. Based on the video, you can only determine the design. Live, the Ultimate looks brightest and most dynamic, then comes the 710 and the last 1000. Well, the most important issue of sound here is quite simple - they all play equally cleanly and separately, the bass is felt excellent in all models, the only question is power. For me, a pair of 710s was quite enough to create a stereo effect. And yes, I don’t plan to use them for parties, the main thing for me was the noticeable bass at low volume levels for movies and games on the projector, and the 710 fully met my expectations. Of course, if the Ultimate were even a little cheaper, I would give them preference, since there is a reserve of power and the bass feels more voluminous than percussive. Thousand is also good, but it is already a little outdated, although it is slightly inferior to Ultimate in some characteristics. In any case, no matter what you choose, you will get great pleasure from the quality and sound power of this line) I also highly recommend taking 2 at once😅

If you give the 710 a 1up Boost for Mids and Highs, it sounds a lot more clear and deatilful in my opinion :) And for the Bass it does not need to hide for the 1000 and Ultimate :D

Yes my brother. I think exactly like you. Some people don't understand this. Everyone says that PB 710 and PB Ultimate are better in deep bass because the Sabwoofer is opposite them, but the truth is that PB 1000 is very powerful in terms of bass.

Can I ask you if having 2 is an improvement? Like it makes them into a L and R in stereo? Sorry I'm very dumb at this stuff. I was using a Logitechz623 thinking it was awesome lol but now I'm elated having and hearing this PB1000. iTunes on PC has a built-in equalizer and I dunno why but I always keep it in a "V" pattern and if you click the pre-amp button it BOOSTS the speaker like CRAZZZY so much so that you'd feel ripped off and wouldn't listen to music again unless it was EQ'd ! I'm going today to get the Ultimate. I'm dragging my Husband with me - I've heard enough of how great the Ultimate sounds lol. We need to upgrade our 1000 TODAY. The 1000 sounds really good at our home, the bass is so loud that we can't even use bass boost, BUT like you hear in this video, the sound is the most "muffled" and sometimes doesn't sound great when connected to the TV. Yup, I said "SOMETIMES." The sound is still incredible. We love our PB1000!

By 710, if you buy a pair of 300 watt speakers for high frequencies, it will be very loud. And there will be enough bass too.

I paired my old PB1000 to my newly purchased PB Club 120 (got it for only $200 with promos & discounts online) and my god the bass vibrates every room in my house even the 3rd floor. If you already have the PB1000 just add the new PB120, easily beats the PB ultimate! Just use a long 3.5mm to rca and you can place them far apart, making the bass even deeper, mids & highs dynamic and powerful!

The 1000 sound in high frequenties much better,because it has a compression tweeter, then the doome tweeter s ( paper) build in the 710 and ultimate, both 710 and ultimate come not close to the 1000 . If you wanted upgrade your pb 1000 woofer, replace the orginal woofer in the pb 1000 for a jbl 1224 club woofer, 12 inch ,thats a real upgrade, and fits perfectly. And going down to 25 Hz.

Pros : All 3 of them are considered to be high quality speakers. RGB lights festival. JBL is one of the very few companies out there that you can actually trust when it comes to software updates and customer support Cons : they are not very "home user friendly". I say this because of the sound distribution, the sound is clear and crisp but the stereo on it makes the sounds feel like it's too quiet when you are at the same room when in fact your neighbors can hear much louder sound in their home. Also the weight on this thing, the weight distribution is the worst since the heaviest part of the speaker is located right in the middle which gives it the sense that it's twice as heavy than it already is. Also the fact that they don't have a built in battery, They all run perfectly on the smallest portable power station but I just feel it's a waste that you have to buy an additional product if you can include it internally. Finally the durability, I came across many users on reddit who have cracked their JBL 1000, I'm guessing that because it's heavy and the plastic won't hold up as much if you are not really....really.....careful with it. I still think it's a solid product and a major GO in my opinion comparing to the alternative options out there.

I would like a partybox 2000 where it has white flashing lights and the flame play of the 1000. But a pairing connectivity with any other JBL product even for example two JBL 1000, two JBL 710 and a partybox x 2000 all at the same time via bluetooth. Which is not currently possible between different models. At the moment i have 2 x 710 and 1 x1000. I'm waiting for my 2' jbl 1000. A very pity is not possible pair with the 710's with bloototh

JBL Partybox Ultimate port is bad, JBL Partybox 710 has deeper bass, of course. The port is vertical. JBL Partybox Ultimate has a horizontal port. That's why JBL Partybox 310 also beats JBL Partybox Stage 320. Who cares about swabble battery, if the sound is inferior? I like deep bass!!!!! Some other reviewer made a frequency bass test, finally. JBL Partybox 310 vs JBL Partybox Stage 320 and JBL Partybox 310 has louder deep bass, than JBL Partybox Stage 320. I have 2 JBL Partybox 310s. I saved a lot of money. I prefere speakers with a battery. Good video btw.

I have two 710’s. And 2 of them will out do 1 ultimate. However 2 ultimate will out do 2 710’s but the 2 710’s ran me just under 1500 and 2 of the ultimates would run just under 3700 after tax making it slightly over a 2100 dollar difference so yes the ultimate is good but not better when u look at that price range. 2 710’s for my place is more than enough lol. On a side note : I seen the PB 1000 on sale for $899.00. At that price I almost bought 2 of them but decided not to , but damn good price. It was here in GA at Brand Smart who is running that sale for about another week or so . 710’s we’re still priced at $689.00 but the Ultimate is $1699.00. High AF so yes , I got the two 710’s and in TWS with EQ they are great. Definitely need the EQ for the high end because without it it does sound slightly flat on the highs but bumping it up 2 notches to the top , leaving the mid range dead center and bass bumped up only 1 or 2 times to the top depending on what type of music I’m listening too is awesome. I find bass boost 1 tbe overall best . However on older Rock stuff the bass boost 2 hits better on certain stuff I have found since stuff recorded long ago was at different frequencies.

Two 15" PA speakers If we assume 600 watt rms (1200 watt peak) will most likely play louder and cleaner in a 80hz-18khz range than any JBL party box and probably by 15-20 db, but it wont have the same low end as a party box. Just different applications, party boxes are made for house parties, two 15" top PA speakers are made fill a larger space within its given range and is usually dependent on additional subwoofers for that low end. In the end, what do you need it for? House parties for 10-50 people? Go for a partybox, jbl or soundbox or any other brand. If you're looking for sound that will cover larger events, 100-300 people, you'll need minimum two 12" tops and a 15" sub and that's minimum and even then you'll struggle to have enough power and coverage. Admittedly, I think it would be more fun with two 15 PA speakers and an additional sub, but then we're talking alot of space, weight, power, cables and not to mention, money. So it's all up to what you need it for.

that's very very strange, my 1000s go full power down to 30Hz, and windows shake even at 25Hz... Was the Bass boost on 2? Cause it cuts all bass under 45Hz in that case

@shamokerimov1722 I haven't heard the Ultimate yet, but between the 710 and the 1000 is pretty curious: On mids and highs the 1000 is simply better imo, especially on sound dispersion, as the 1000 has a horn. On bass story's different too. The 1000 has a tighter and more "correct" bass, while the 710 is way more boosted between 40 and 50Hz; and strangely enough, it's more like subwoofer-style bass, with low frequencies playing a bit "delayed" to the rest of the music. On bass power it is pretty strange too, with both speaker at 70% volume and below, the 710 has more bass in that 40-50hz region, but it's weaker below 35Hz and up that range compared to the 1000 (that has more mid-bass and upper-bass) At max Volume the 1000 is simply overall more powerful Hope I helped a bit

Segundo, El 710 tiene un sonido mas equilibrado que el pb 1000, sus bajos no opacan las otras frecuencias y por último el pb 1000 tienen bajos profundos pero opaca las demas frecuencias, además sus medios no se sienten 😉👍

95% of comments from people that have seen a partybox on KZbin only. I had 2 pb 1000 Now 2pb ultimate The ultimate is better overall bass,tweeter mids and louder. The compression tweeter its not louder. For the people that say to change the subwoofer on the pb1000 i can say:stop to watch videos on youtube.its not a good idea change the subwoofer you will have a bad result and less bass!

Brother, do you know why the deep bass of Partybox 1000 does not sound like a deep bass? Because the 12 inch subwoofer is at the bottom and its bass hits the ground, but Partybox's ultimate is different. Since the 2x9 inch subwoofer is on the opposite side, you feel the deep bass better. Today, out of curiosity, I went and tried it. The only difference is not this, but the sound of Partybox 1000 is higher. While it can be heard clearly, PB Ultimate sounds are louder and sound like the sounds are mixed.

Os medio e agudos da 1000 são muito bom , ultimate parece ser mas forte em graves e subgrave porem achei medio e agudo da 1000 melhor que da 710 e ultimate mas equilibrado sem ser estridente a 1000 agudos mas estridente e graves bom porém inferior ao 710 e Ultimate em graves de ataque .

I don´t know whats wrong with your PB1000... Mine sounds sound much better and goes wayyy deeper :( Maybe the earlier shippings of PB1000 are better builds, I got mine in the first year. of production... Otherwise I don´t have any explanation... Mine plays the Ultimate against the wall haha
