It is hard to find a phone that can do the 3 main purporses= 1- play multiplayer games like CS without any lag --> use cable 2- computer general usage --> cable or wireless 3- connect to devices to listen music / movies... --> bluetooth This phone seems to be a good choice!

@@nathanch810 I can say it's very nice. I tested in cs game and the lag is almost zero, using the usb stick. It can also be used wired, so no problem even on most critical sutiations. It's bluetooth allow us to use it on any compatible device, so I consider this a very good choice of headset! =)

9:38 JBL Quantum 100 mic sounds crispier (it just needs to be louder and it would be perfect) vs the 610 and 810. But the 610 and 810 are louder and has that airplane muffled sound to them.

I got the JBL Quantum 800 and I can use Bluetooth and Wireless at the same time. I tested the dual connection between ps5 (dongle)/phone(bluetooth) and phone/pc. It's a review mistake from Aussie or oversight from JBL to cut that feature from the 810.

@@anh-thile1330 Thank you for that comment, it's good to know. I directly asked the question at JBL support to be sure. They tell me that dual connection is not supported. It's weird, even more if the 800 had this feature. It's seem it could be fixed with an update but for now it's not working.

Sir, request your help... I just bought JBL quantum 810 but the overall volume is not enough and also I am unable to find any good setting for FPS game (pubg specifically). I cant get good balance to listen to the enemies' footsteps, can you please help me

@George Kizakis Just plug in the wireless receiver and activate the Bluetooth on the other device. I use mine 800 with the computer and a tablet that Works as monitor for my home security cameras. I Just set the tablet to connect to the 800 when I turn it on.

The surround sound feature on PS5 isn’t a feature of headphones. It’s a feature of the console. This means that all headphones used with ps5 will have the surround effect.

@@TheAGExp thanks for the quick reply. I see i should have added more info. I have ps4 pro. It’s only going to work in stereo ? I have a soundbar with rear speakers for surround. But it might be handy via headphones as well if i’m playing a shooter. It might come in handy sometimes.

You need to use the JBL Quantum Engine software to controls the lights.

how can i change how it sounds like echoing, the audio doesn’t sound clear

Disable spatial sound. I find the Quantum Surround to be too echoing, and the DTS:X to make sounds come from above. I use it in plain stereo, except for some games. I NEVER use the Quantum Surround. It messes too much with the sound quality.
