JBL T450BT, T460BT Dead Headphone Repair | Full Middle Wire Replacement

in this video i am going to show you how you can repair jbl t450bt and t460bt wireless headphones, my headphone is dead and only showing white light during plugged in and its also Stop after few seconds, so this type of problem comes from battery and middle wire of battery, and if your battery side speaker is also not works you can try this procedure, in my case wire is broken from banding area, so let's Fix This.

Wire thickness of 50-60 priced earphones are more than the original Middle Wire, I am afraid earphones wire won't fit as middle wire. Any specific location I can buy same thickness 4 paired middle wire!?

In my case, my headphones would shut down the moment I put them on my head. Turns out, that the faulty wire was shorting the battery! If my battery didn't have a protection circuit, it would've burst into flames! So, I did a weird looking but temporary solution. I used a long USB cable and tucked the rest of the cable into my jacket. Occasionally, my left side keeps turning off and I'm done with this style. I'll just buy some earmuffs and use the old circuit in that casing. It'll look decent and they're gonna be less noisy!
