JBL TUNE 220 TWS Reset

Your left earbud stopped working? Or you can't pair them anymore? They don't work at all? Try this reset first before you throw them out ...

The JBL's are great. Bought them today. All ok but... to take them out of the case is the hell... But I love them!

I have had my JBL220 for some months and they work very well intermittently. 2 or 3 days no problem then next day both dead. I have tried your reset it works well sometimes. BUT not always. The earbuds are not detectable by my iPhone, iMac or Tablet. They are fully charged overnight and 3 lights are visible in the case between the earbuds. I am at the point of despair and I think they are due for disposal. Do you have any suggestions please???

Indeed they are not easy to remove from the case. My eight and five year old granddaughters have no problems but then I don't have small flexible fingers like they do. Designer?

I wish the reset option worked for my problem. I've only had these for 2 months and the battery is draining too fast and the earbuds aren't charging. I'd put them back in case for 3 hours and expect that they're ready to use (at 100%), but to my surprise they don't charge. And there's no dirt or grime on the pins in the case and the earpods themselves. Whew.

@Bente Snels I had to contact the JBL customer service in my country but I'm very unlucky because the service of JBL in my country is just full of crap.. There is only one service center. Tough luck.

You don't do something wrong. I've the same problem. I think you cant do anything sometimes the left earbud works well and sometimes not. I think its a system error from jbl. The did somethings wrong by the production...

Ein blinkendes Licht bedeutet der Aufladevorgang läuft, und der Akku ist leer. Wenn der Akku voll ist blinkt ein Licht und die anderen beiden sind an. Wenn man den USB bei vollem Akku abzieht sollten alle drei an sein.

@@AkhlafulBashar yep. It is designed that way. The mic is only present in the right earbud. The left earbud does not have a mic at all. You are forced to use only the right earbud if you wanna go single-bud.
