Same here. Trick:- conect JBL to charging and wait for blind red light until stop. Then resest JBL by click volume up + down button. (Don't unplugge JBL while doing this.) Sometimes it works.

For me, the led indicator was blinking on and off and didn't charge for more than 30%. I tried resetting (holding + and - for 5sec), replugging battery pinout, cleaning charging port,... but didn't work for me . Later i fixed my issue by just adjusting the extension of the headset to minimum position before charging. Hope it helps.

I was using my JBL TUNE 510BT headphones. I wanted to reset them to factory defaults because I couldn't get the microphone to work on my PC. After a few tries it froze with the blue light on, I left it for a while and when I came back they had turned it off. They haven't called since then. I left them charging for a while and they didn't charge either, it's worth clarifying that they were using them but they had 70% battery. Now when you touch the Power button, it shows a very dim red light that is only visible in the dark and nothing else. I try several solutions seen on Google but they don't turn on, I tried resetting to factory defaults but they don't do anything. A little help?

Thank you for your video. I had the same problem as some people in the comments, ie the red light blinking on and off 3 times before shutting down and starting to do that again. Somebody said that they pulled out the headphone where the USB port to make it charge again, i did it and it worked ! Maybe there is some pressure on the internal cable allowing the headphones to be charged when they are fully inside the headset (the right one for this model), it might be a design flaw given the number of users concerned by that.

My JBL headphones just stopped working overnight at around 1 year for no reason . I was very happy with them before. A shame, replacing batteries is not an option for me, a lot of other headphones are a lot cheaper. I will not be buying jbl headphones again if they can't even handle moderate use for 1 year.

Hi, my headphones won't turn on, and when I am going to charge it the red light turn on and off, and then it put it grey, and then again the intermitent red light. Could it be a damage of the battery? Have I to replace it? Help please :c

@alexismunoz5938 Siii, lo pude solucionar. Lo que hice fue abrir directamente los audífonos para ver si es que era algún cable suelto. Al abrirlos (la parte redonda me refiero, donde se carga directamente) fui moviendo cables y cuando intenté prenderlo funcionó y conectó a mi celular, pero al volver a armarlo dejó de funcionar. Así que fui moviendo cables y cosas y me di cuenta que era en una posición especifica del audifono izquierdo lo que estaba fallando. Al final (moviendo cosas) lo que hice fue girar ese audifono izquierdo 360 grados y logró funcionar perfectamente (quizás en algún momento se giró o estaba algo mal conectado pero esa fue mi solución). Espero que se haya entendido y te sirvaa!
