How do you get the case LEDs to turn off and stop charging when the earbuds are fully charged? All that does is drain the case battery and the effective longevity of a charge.

I had the same problem but the solution to it is, if your not using the earbuds and they are in the case, just close the case and leave it alone, after a min or two it will power off, the only reason yours might not be turning off is maybe because you keep opening the case. Hope this helps. 😃

@@bobby9680 three LEDs (solid) means charging, versus the n-1 solid with the 1 blinking at the end of a charge. Still, they did something different than standard with the lights.

the left earbud is wasted, it not work when you put the right Bud in Charging. it will work when the right bud out of charging pot keep it out side.

These are the worst JBL earbuds I've ever owned. They never show a charge of over 30%, the right earbud never charged correctly from day 1, and overall, they just feel cheap. I hate how case indicators are always on which drains the battery and the audio lag is horrible. Don't plan on being able to watch any video content with these unless you're ok with the sound not matching the video. There are better options out there for sure. Luckily, I didn't pay anything for them!

Hi, that is odd. This model normally works for calls (on the right side only). Did you try to remove the pairing from the phone and pair it again?

PlasticTub Try to reset them. While they are in the case press and hold the button on the right earbud until it starts blinking. It should work

Somehow the problem lies with my phone. Is the light blue or white? Blue flashing means it's on and trying to connect to a device but a white light just means it's charging, which is exactly what it should do in the case. When the earbuds are on and connected there aren't any lights at all.

Unfortunately The right earbud is always required to be turned on. It is the one establishing the Bluetooth connection to the phone.

Apple airpods have touch control, these have button control. Two different things. Please check what you compare, these are anywhere from half to 1/3rd the price of airpods based on discount sales going on. Anyway, I suggest you don't buy. The tws are good, especially the sound quality but there are firmware issues.
