What JBo was trying to explain earlier in the interview was a Rule 35 and a 5K1. They are both time cuts aka DOWNWARD DEPARTURE in exchange for snitching/cooperating. The difference is a 5K1 is for mfers that tell BEFORE they get their sentence and Rule 35 is is for mfers that tell AFTER they've received their sentence. And as far as what he's saying about Bleu Davinci is when you're on a conspiracy or case with multiple co-defendants, they separate the snitches from the people they're telling on/who aren't telling to prevent witness tampering/intimidation. Even if a particular snitch isn't snitching on a particular mfer that's not snitching, they'll still be separated. So for Bleu to be at a facility with both snitches and non-snitches and he wasn't housed with the mfers that's not snitching he without a shadow of doubt has to be snitching. There's no way around it. He couldn't even request to be around the mfers that's doing the opposite of what he was doing. Snitches with snitches. The real ones with the real ones. And for the record, I was on a 21-man Federal conspiracy and did Fed time so I have first hand knowledge of what JBo and I are saying. Just wanted to clarify that because there are too many KZbin/social media gangstas/lawyers/etc😂
