I just arrived here today and I am already excited about this video! Yes it does have a very steep learning curve as you described in the very first 90 seconds! Ty! I thought it was just me! On the PS4 the tutorial for this game is the most clunky, backwards-azz, un-user-friendly, drive a man to drink, frustrating system of a concept that I had to take a break from playing! I look forward to watching this video because I remember Railroad Tycoon back in the day and this game looks a lot like it! I am glad I bought this game on sale and that I have other games to go to while I develop the muscle memory to play this game! Like I said the concept of the console PS4 controller that was put into this game really dropped the ball when it comes to ease and adaptability! If it were not for the power of youtube I would delete this game from my system! WHEW! Ok now back to this video! Thank you, Jim Bob!

Meaning that I would delete this game from my system simply because of the lack of fun and ease, the tutorial is for the PS4 controller! The Tuturoial SUCKS! It is not worth the frustration! But because of this video right here, I believe I will save myself about 1 million hair follicles from falling out!

i think the slowest thing to notice or work out was that to place anything it has to be not just confirmed but first button you need to press is either remove or end and then build pressing 2 buttons to confirm something doesnt come natrally to a console player,i think that woild be the biggest irratant to console gamers,though not the only,like haveing to unpause after placeing something

Spot on analogy! I am currently have the same problems. The muscles memory that is put into the controller functions seems reduntant and my muscle memory and my brain are saying, "Hold :( up a second here!" ----error blue screen.

How do I pick up specific items from the station? I have one station that has corn wheat and beef. I need beef but keep getting wheat.

I noticed the date and time ticking away. I Is there a way to pause the game while thinking about what we need to do, next for our gameplay experience? Edit: without actually pausing the game by default. Or a better question is, Is there a way to slow down the time ticker?

I think you only need refrigerator car if your transporting meat, don’t think it’s needed for corn etc

It is to prevent the corn from fermenting so that it does not ruin it and also to prevent insects from entering the cars. Very cold freezy for corn and not so muh for beef. As they had ways to preserve meat in those days in normal temps. Plus 1

How do you rotate the train station, meaning..... What do I press on my PS4 controller to do this? The tutorial lacks the basic concepts of what buttons to push.. This game makes me want to jump in a bush! Please reply to my comment on how I rotate a train station please! It is unbelievable that this (Which button(s) to press to rotate a train station) does not seem to exist! I am simply pissed! Thank you for reading this!

Edit: Hi again! This is the next day and I am commenting again LOL! I changed my mind again! After watching your most helpful video, Jim Bob, I still do not like how this games' attempt at a tutorial as it was put into this game! It lacks a lot of simple steps to help understand the complexity of this game! I have replayed the 1st mission in the campaign a few times and then I am like, um....now what! The games' tutorial has no sense of direction at all! I know it is going to take me a long while to get to understand this game, but for right now it is too much for me and I need a brain break! Also there is no way to speed along the tutorial once I restart it! I hate games that make me mad in the tutorial! I don't even know if I want to play this game anymore even though it looks fun! Frustrated! And I thought Elite Dangerous' tutorial was bad! So much to learn, I paused the video at 16 minutes. Once again, Ty for this video. I will come back and watch some more later. This video is a faithsend of wisdom from above! Live a like a flock of doves! This video is brilliant Be back later I need to take a break as this game is very in depth and is going to challenge me!
