Izaan ur rehman when I say Brian is a basic singer means he sings the notes and sings them well but he does it in a minimal way. Jc plays with the diff parts of his voice. Chat voice, head voice, little runs here and there and pretty good belter. Brian is far from the best boy group lead singer. So many groups out there. Brian’s not even the best in the “white boy band” singers. Let alone all boy bands that are. Hell even Harry styles and Zayn are better singers than Brian. Your just a Brian fan. He needed to honor his voice and go with r&b. If he put out a soul album today I would listen and would see him in concert if I could. He has a beautiful voice with impeccable runs.
