You mean what they are saying? Close interpretation. He is saying that sometimes we find ourselves in a time in our life when we are neither sad nor happy but still looking for something. Then we meet someone who is really for us but sometimes it might not be the right time yet but slowly we realize we are ready to be with that person who has always been there in front of you, but we never really see until now; we are brought together by destiny. He goes on to say that we really meet the one for us at the right time. The person who will be there through the hard and happier time and all situations in between. The person you marry even if it is between you two, no need for other people knowing. All you need is each other and one you marry not once but twice. Now you see clearly that for a long time the person you have been looking for has been there in front of you all along
