Daryl's third solo album, "Soul Alone," featured writing collaborations with Alan Gorrie. (Hall and Oates' Band and Average White Band have both included Clyde Jones on bass, Clyde even appears on later seasons of LFDH on bass and vocals), Clyde has also toured as the lead vocalist with AWB. I once saw AWB, with Clyde Jones and Alan Gorrie, they opened for Hall and Oates (with T-Bone Wolk) in San Diego @Humphrey's By The Bay, the ending jam featured both bands playing, "Pick Up The Pieces," and iirc they covered the Delfonics' "Didn't I (Blow Your Mind This Time)." A good time was had by one and all! Good Times, Baby!
