One major sign of bad axle brake seals is excessive brake fluid loss and brake fluid mixing with axle oil. It's also important to check the brake master cylinders for leakages, it could be the brake fluid loss point.

Hello. I have replaced disk and plates still when i brake it makes so much noise. What could be the issue. Jcb 3cx 2012.

Did you clean very well the surface of the disks and plates with emery cloth? Were you having the noise before replacing the disk? Also check the grade of the axle oil you are using. Then let me know..

@@greatalberto-engineering i did not clean with emery cloth. Yes it was making noise thats why i decided to dismantle the diff. The plates were badly worn out so i replaced them with new one. Should i clean new disks with emery cloth? I put API GL 4 80/90w oil.

That will be too much work to tear down the axle again to rework the disks. What is the nature of the noise? Os it squeaky or grunchy? Grunchy about the moment the brakes bring the vehicle to a complete stop. I hope you cleaned the inside of the axle and rid all dirt and particles. From the easy side, you can run the machine for sometime to see what becomes of the noise. Whether it reduces, increases or stays the same. You can then drain replaced gear oil and inspect it to see its condition. You can then flush clean the whole axle with hydraulic oil with the machine jacked up and running forward and reverse and breaking in-between to rub clean the disk surfaces. Then you drain the hydraulic oil and refill proper gear oil. Also check the specs of the oil you filled to see if it is applicable for wet brakes. You can check some recommended JCB HIGH Performance Gear oil and equivalents. I hope you find a solution to this problem. Regards.

@@greatalberto-engineering The second sound i would say. Grunchy! Only makes noise when you apply brakes to stop. I will try to do what you have said. And see what it does. Can i put used hydraulic oil? Or new one? If yes then which one! Do you have a video of how you put the plates on the diff?

@@swamianandramdhonee9211 Iso 46 is okay, or else any other grade you have..To save cost you may use your used hydraulic oil but pre filter it first to remove any impurities. But if you can spare a new one the better. I will try and find pics or illustration how the discs are placed. Regards.
