Surely to god it would be cheaper to buy the two ramps then paying two lads to load a digger you can get them handy enough on done deal etc..... (Im looking at it from the point of view of been a boss.)

this is a very common loading procedure practiced all around the world. the only way to "fuck it up" is to ask a guy who has only driven a car before to load it. anyone who has operated an excavator more than 2 times can do this with ease. the boss was probably appreciative, since they didn't need to put more miles on his trailer.

lol got no issues with the way he loaded it, but it look like he did not strap the digger to the body of the vehicle. thats just 100% madness. Takes a bend to fast could see that falling off.

I have exact same machine myself Jcb 803+ 1996 still running well probably needs a hydraulicv hose or 2 always see a hydraulic oil stain on ground every morning.

If you've ever worked with tht type of truck you'll know that area has to be free of stones ,mud so the sides slot back in properly that's why he was wiping the stuff away mate.

Very hard on your machine, especially your tracks. There is no since whatsoever to load your mini excavator like that. I hope you did it for show because only a damn fool would take the risk you took. I also did not see you put a seat belt on! You know whats going to happen one day? you are the kind of guy who gives out fruit for hallowwen, aren't you? for #1, absolutley nothing you do to the machine is exacally "good" for it. #2 this is a very common way to load this machine, it saves the hassle and time of a trailer.#3 operating in flat sand is more of a risk than the video #4 i will ask you to go pick any operator off the street and tell me that he wears a seat belt. #5, anything can happen. i agree. but it is very unlikely that he is tossed out of the machine.

I am not impressed. I have been climbing with a 8 tonns diggingmachine and a bigger lorry with a bigger angle of the machine and i did it with the machine the other way.

why didn't he just turn the belts the other way around to get the front piece facing forward, lift himself up, drive onto the lorry, put the front down, turn around, lift the back up and then finish it normally? this is the most ineffective way i've ever seen it done and should in no way be considered a good way or fast for that matter. it's not safe either. the more people to trust in any situation including machines, the less safe.
