Awesome vid..... but agree, a little tlc would save a lot of work. I have a sitemaster cx3 and need to do the same but also replace the seals on the ram as i have a leak. Get or make some caps to cover the top to help stop unwanted rust.

I didn't get very far with my repair... that bolt that holds the pin that holds the foot on is seemingly stuck. I removed the nut but the bolt would not move and when i tried to loosen it the head of the bolt sheared off. Can you tell me if i can just punch the bolt out or is there thread holding it in place. P.S. still relatively free here in Australia, i understand things are not so free in Canada

@1:33 shows the diagram, if you mean the bolt shown in D, then yes it's just a bolt and is not threaded into the pin. Hopefully the pin isn't as stuck as mine.
