If you have iPhone go to Settings, accessibility then scroll down to “accessibility shortcut” and activate “dim flashing lights” Press the side button three times and flashing lights on videos will be automatically dimmed. I actually came to this video to try this 😁 I have autism, ADHD and get migraines easily, so I have a huge light sensitivity especially when they’re flashing So this is super freaking helpful! Not sure if android has this option, maybe depending on what type of android you have, it might. But I’ve only been using iPhone for 4+ years so I don’t even know how androids work anymore

Thank you for this video!! 2020 has been heartbreaking and illuminating all at the same time which has helped me figure out who I am and what moves me. In the past, edm and raves have been such a big part of that, but with Covid fuking with everyone's daily lives, things like this make me realize what is really important: community, love, support...it all fits into one acronym: PLUR. I listen to my favorite music with my earbuds connected to my phone while the brightness on my tv projects these colors throughout my room and it gets me as close as I can get to a rave in covid quarantine and I am so thankful for this.
