illuzion films want to know something i looked at the centro and guess what i determined that the ONLY benefit to it was that i could then find a body for my T4, but then it hit me that i would still have a problem as i would have to replace all my lipos for shorty packs. so i either stay T4 no body, get centro and can run body but have to replace all my lipos, or get a T5M and be in the same boat as getting a centro. well considering the facts i would go T5m over centro and shelve my T4 along side my proceed. the centro is really just jconcepts grab at money from those that dont want to move ( or like me) cant afford to get the newer truck.

You do make sense there, I will have to agree with you on that. We just find once a new truck comes out there is a very small demand for accessories for the older model. There is nothing wrong with a T4 but bashing JConcepts because they discontinued a body that had very little to no demand doesn't make sense. The 2wd truck market is very small and on top of that most run whatever is the latest and greatest. That leaves a small handful of T4's running at the local tracks. The C4.2 kit was great before the T5M came out but once the T5M was out, I'm sure any C4.2 out and available is left over stock.

ok now lets look at your standpoint ok. do you still make stampede and rustler bodies? yes? why? no one buys them they just like traxxas vehicles are flooding the market because no one buys them, yet you claim the T4 body was discontinued due to it not selling yet you still make rustler bodies which with the sheer number of rutlers and stampedes sitting on forums and ebay not selling many of which have a bunch of new prepainted bodies with them among other parts i cant imagine you are selling a lot of bodies for them yet you keep them and discontinue T4 bodies. why dont you discontinues the rustler bodies they dont sell either ( unless you are selling them to traxxas directly my shop which is basically a traxxas store doesnt even carry jconcept rustler bodies. he cites " no one ever buys them". with that said i know 50 people ( not including self) looking for T4 bodies but cant find anythign except rear motor T5M bodies. so again i say thanks but im done with Jconcepts looks like the only company that still has T4 bodies is associated and although it costs me more because it is pre-painted and going to take me a while to strip the ungodly crap job off of it to repaint and the flaw of having to spend 45 to 55 ( dont remember which exactly off top of my head) looks like i will have to buy one of those nasty looking AE T4 bodies and i will just let the people i know who are looking know where to get one and then they can spread the word to whom they know that are looking and in the end AE is going to clean up being the only game in town for T4 bodies. if i had the mold for the old T4 illusion Finisher body i would make my own stockpile of the T4 bodies

Good news, we have cleaned off one of our old molds and will be re-releasing a body for the T4 RTR. Look for an announcement soon. Thanks for the feedback!

Would love to see a Subaru sti or Mitsubishi evo body for the slash... Or even some suv desert racing type bodies!!
