The way he managed to honour the original and bring a new modern spin to it...especially with his spoken word part towards the end of the song...is simply fascinating and really came together tight! OH STOP HATING ON INXS with all this No JD NO INXS. INXS is one of the BEST BANDS EVER and while JD was amazing with them, nothing could replace Michael and JD did great on The Stairs but doesn’t even compare to Michael. ALL THIS negative hate because they got rid of JD, who also had a major COKE problem and many variables involved in his dismissal so STOP hating on the BAND. I love how JD says Michael and Andy were lightening in a bottle and he recognized how beautiful the stairs was. BUT STOP your hating on the BAND man GRRRR
