the don't tell megumin part was because megumin saved itadori when he asked Gojou sensei not to have him executed. Megumin has a philosophy of where he only saves people whom he deemed are good and therefore won't cause harm to others, which completely backfired because now all the dormant sukuna curses have gone active and killed a lot of people all because itadori lived.

The trio are protecting each other. Megumi and Nobara keep it a secret from Yuji that the people from this case died because Yuji ate Sukuna’s finger. On the other hand, Yuji knew because Sukuna told him anyway, but he keep it a secret from Megumi so Megumi won’t feel bad. They all think of each other ;-; The “intel” is the traitor Gojo and Utahime were talking about, and you’ll find out with new season 😂 In the movie, we’ll meet Gojo, and 2nd years again. And fun fact: Sukuna talks to Yuji all the time when Yuji’s alone. Ig he’s a chit chat box then 🥴
