Is it possible to get the number of active connections in a jdbc connection pool.
@gehnasrisravan4 жыл бұрын
Initially Conncop creates a connection pooling with primary node in a RAC environment. If user make a request again conncop pool cache connections will be reuse, no new connection. Node goes down also conncop cache of connections will present untill instance get rebooted. In this case session will be terminated along with cache of connections. Explain pooling in RAC with more that 2 nodes ???

Incase 1000 clients wants to talk same time with database. Then how many connections will create?
@notlameriley60946 жыл бұрын
If i have two applications on one application server with max 20 connection pool configured with one jndi , do app server multiply it by 2 (total of max 40 connections to database), or both application share the max 20 connection pool?
@ashokv69383 жыл бұрын
Max 20 connection pools will share by two applications. There is no logic to increment counter based on no. Of applications

I'm sure that this must be a good lecture, but I couldn't overcome the strong accent. I don't intend to be an asshole whatsoever, but I believe that we can be mature enough to accept constructive criticism.
@spindola2457 жыл бұрын
The instructor sounds like he knows what he's talking about but his accent is too thick. It made an interesting lecture hard to understand.
@programmingjo7 жыл бұрын
Indeed, I can definitely tell you that, but the thick accent was a huge obstacle for me to overcome; personally speaking.

brother,this is one of the best if not the best lecture on this topic, in the youtube,.we live near by india so we are used to with this kind of accent, but i do understand it is difficult for you to understand,unfortunately
@ArunraajSingh6 жыл бұрын
Guys, we indians are not native english speakers. We have our own 30+ major languages, people belong to different states have different accents here. so just bear it up.
