I took the challenge, and I just did the Green Ranger Kata a couple days ago. Going to do the White Ranger Kata within the next few weeks before summer ends. I did 30 though. Ill probably do the challenge again later tonight. Also Happy National Power Rangers Day!!! Thank you for all you do! Thanks for being an icon of the show as well. Unpopular opinion, but with out you the show wouldnt have made it past season 1. So again thank you!

Good video I'm gonna do this challenge! Man, my KZbin feed has been nothing but Afghanistan and bad news. But something as simple as a sit up video with JDF giving out some pointers made me relax a bit. Thanks bro
