JDM Toyota CKN-D59 Radio in USDM MK3 Supra

A unique JDM CD/cassette/radio player from Toyota installed in a 1989 Supra. Head unit is probably around 20 years old and was not an option on USMD Toyotas as far as I know. Unfortunately, this is a defective unit where audio is only coming out of one speaker, so it will not remain installed in my car.
