It’s mad how Ghetts has been around for like 15 years. And yet his names been gettin a lot of buzz recently as if he’s a new yute. 😂 Blud. People r startin to realise this man is the GOAT. 💯💯👏🏽👏🏽

Similar thing happened with sneakbo back in 2018 when he dropped the Brixton album. His earlier music from late 2000s/early 2010s when he came into game (similar time to Giggs) played a big part and big influence with where the UK music scene is now and people finally giving him recognition he deserves! I sense exactly same thing about to happen now with ghetts. 🙌🏽

I couldnt figure out for the longest why he sounds so much more clinical these days - and from this I've realised the thing behind it is purpose. The WHY is the biggest, and best motivator. So much wisdom from this - thank you

The official and unofficial GOAT right here.. His journey from 04 times; from the sets, freestyles and 2000 & Life, Ghetto Gospel, Freedom of Speech, Calm before the storm, Momentum, Merry Christmas EP, Momentum 2 (These 3 were free btw - he was just like here have that), Rebel with a cause, 653, Ghetto Gospel 2 - We've seen nothing but growth. Since GG/ Freedom of speech he's been the best "barer" / lyrically and has just gone up a gear with no apparent ceiling but recently his "sound" has been polished. His recent sound is sounding ridiculous - I hope this new Album really is his best thing to date and gives him the flowers he really deserves. If Mozambique, IC3 and Proud family are anything to go by it's going be a classic !!

@@silewis9396 Its not about the sales. Its about the longevity, legacy and building the scene. NWA are celebrated in 2020 and their tunes are making them figures from royalties and plays being streamed now... ghetts kids and all the other kids who come into the scene AFTER ghetts and because of him mean it will age. UK Need to stop following the trends and start making content which will age like fine wine, vintage clothes, nostalgic adverts, socially impacting movements etc Grime has the history, it just doesnt have the people cementing the legacy. Real talk, Making that Documentary or Bio Pic WOULD be a magnet for lifetimes to come to the UK urban scene. We dont buy products atm. we lease them.
