Advice wanted - I'm trying to figure out what to do with my free 5 star. For my second team I'm currently running aggravate with Keqing, Kirira, Fischl, and Sucrose. I have 3 options with the free 5 star: 1. get a Keqing con (c3) 2. get Tighnari to add more Dendro and dps 3. replace Sucrose with Jean to have some healing when Kirara's shields aren't enough This video directly answered whether using Jean as the anemo in aggravate works, but that doesn't make Jean replacing Sucrose the best way to strengthen my team. What would you recommend I do? Thanks in advance to anyone who offers advice.

That's a soild team already. Honestly, i dont really think you need to replace anything. Are you sure there's not another unit you want? 1. I don't think constellations are worth it if there are other characters that you want 2. Tighnari and keqing both want field time, so they aren't the greatest pairing 3. As for pulling jean, you'll lose sucroses buffs, but youll be able to replace kirrara if you wanted to.

My account is kinda borked lol when it comes to 5 stars, so figuring out which free standard banner to get has been a chore. I'm probably overthinking it tbh and none of those options fix my problem. Even though I've gotten a 5 star from the standard banner five times, I only have two of them - three Keqing and two Diluc. My only other 5 stars are c1 Nahida and c0 Ayato (both on my hyperbloom team bc I prefer Ayato main dps to Nahida dps), and c0 Yelan and c0 Venti. And that's it. Keqing, Diluc, Venti, and Yelan for 5 stars not currently on my main team. Plus, of course, most of the important 4 stars (Kuki and XQ round out my main team). Mona is kind of a waste bc I'm already hydro heavy with xq, Yelan, and Ayato. Qiqi and Dehya are, well, Qiqi and Dehya. Don't need Diluc, and c3 keqing isn't much different from c2 keqing. Jean and Tighnari can both be good but with Kuki and Nahida tied up I'm limited in what I can do with them. I thought about Jean for some kind of sunfire thing with Bennett instead of aggravate, but idk. Basically I have a great main team but as soon as I need a second one I'm mainly cobbling together 4 stars without a clear direction or a 5 star anchor. I usually end up running some gimpy national or vape comp, and more recently I've been trying to use keqing since the game keeps giving them to me. I even built Heizou and, later, Kaveh to try and make them my second team's carry lol. I don't think anything on the standard banner is going to change that, but until I can pull another limited character with a clear team to build around them (a la Neuv, Navia, Ayaka, Hu Tao, etc), all I can do is try to use the free 5 star to help the best it can with whatever I can cobble together. If you've got any ideas, I'm all ears.

@@TableFlip64 the one plus side is thanks to Keqing #3 my next pull is guaranteed. As long as I avoid being baited by even more supports like Kazuha or Xilonen, I'm sure something on one of these upcoming Natlan banners will solidify my second team (or even push my hyperbloom team out of the top spot). So I mainly just have to scrounge something together for the short term.

I stole Xianyun's artifacts for Jean and, damn, she's very strong, even with her talents leveled at 5. I use Aquila Favonia on her. Oh and I didn't lose to her, I actually selected her because she was the only standard character I didn't have.

Crit does not affect healing. You build her crit so she can do more damage since she's already got such good healing

It does swirl if you are not seeing its most likely because of its internal cooldown, which is either 2.5 seconds or 3 hits with an element.

Nooo Dont use Ocean-Hued Clam that set is for healer that can heal constantly Jean only heal one per burst, not to mention it overcap the Clam set plus, Jean herself get healing bonus just by asecntion, so set that give healing bonus are not needed

It would just increase the healing jean does. However, she already heals so much that you most likely won't need one

I tried with and without Healing Bonus % and there was a few thousands difference ( Hutao healed from 100 to 24k hp without Healing Bonus and 100 to 28k hp with the Healing Bonus) (My jean C0 with Acquila Favonis R1) What about this difference? A healing circlet works on jean and will increase her healing, however, her healing scales off of attack, and she gets healing bonus as an ascension stat. Not to mention her high scalings for both healing and damage on her burst. So, in most cases, you shouldn't need to build her as a dedicated healer and can just focus on her damage, building her like a normal carry. The Idea here is that if you don't need the extra healing you might as well get extra damage. For damage, you want to run ATK% on the sands, Anemo damage on the goblet, and crit rate/dmg for the circlet. However, if you feel like you need more healing, you can always run ATK% on the goblet and/or healing bonus on the circlet. Oh, and you can run energy recharge sands if you can't burst consistently

While staff is good and worth pulling , it's easy to replace nahidas weapon. Ultimately, it's up to you. Also, keep in mind that the archon is coming up and her weapon or constellations may be woth pulling.

Not really you can use her instead but you won't have the same buffing and grouping potential. If you want something similar to kazuha I would recommend sucrose

She technically works just fine, but arlecchino can't be healed during combat, so it's better to run an anemo unit who's good at buffing like kazuha or sucrose

VV isn't her best set .she can't proc the 4pc set bonus as it needs to infuse elements not swirl elements so she cant decrese res like sucrose or anemo characters if u want to build her as a support/healer then use 4pc nobblesse or any healing set. I think this would help😊

It's worded weirdly. You don't need an abosorabtion for the set to proc. It's referring to the element that got swirled.

Like if ur dps is pyro u have to consider a c6 Benny(for his pyro infusion)for ur jean to swirl pyro . I'm not saying that u can't use VV on jean but if u use her flexibility in team will be less

What do you mean? If the enemy has a pyro aura on them, you hit hit them with anemo, and that's a pyro swirl.

Idk if its harder to get but its value depends on the team your running. Melee characters don't get as much value from attack speed as ranged characters do because of hit lag.

Are you going physical? If so, an electro unit like fischel, a cryo unit like rose, and then any kind of flex that can buff your damage more. Keep in mind that dps jean really isn't that good
