great looking boat looks fast ,has everything you need in a boat also has built in safety, wide beam weight ballast for its size not a lot of storage under v berth or quarter berths i guess those are buoyancy tanks will float if filled with water and any going into cockpit runs out the back also great it can be beached, perfect boat for solo or couple of people sailing

I had one prior to buying the boat I have now (Nautor Swan.. yep.. I’m happy) but this was a great little boat and useful to see how much I’d actually sail in the Netherlands prior to getting my forever boat. These little Jeanneaus are terrific. I sold mine for more than I paid for it such is the demand. A fellow owner had a mast raising and lowering rig on his and used it everywhere in the Netherlands.

on 3.13 The sandwich deck has no balsa core but a foam core and is made with vacuum injected resin.

Quality boat review. Good looking boat for sure better lines than your current, but in my opinion, no. If you get this boat it won't really improve the quality of the sailing you do unless racing is what it's really all about. I personally don't relate to racing, but can appreciate those that do. From years of trailering boats, it got old for me... loading up driving, set up, day of boating, haul out, break down, drive home. That sh&t gets old after 3-4 seasons. I would have thought you'd be looking at all season slipped boat for your next. They also tend to be bigger so you get the interior cabin space you really want too.

yeh you also get the bills for all season berthing,and lift out lift in maintenance and hard standing over winter some if not all marinas dont let you do self repairs or you drive fifty miles and realise theres certain tools you havent brought for a job on boat and days wasted,the problems and repairs are bigger and more expensive on bigger boats ,also you would get fed up after 4 seasons trailering a boat just for a days sailing if your doing weekends or a week here and there its not too bad the small boats are more fun and you can get out 12 months of the year if weather is good certain weekends tend to do ten times more sailing than all the hassle of a bigger boat relying on some crew something needing fixed as usual thats why those big boats in marinas go nowhere owners take them out for a 2 week holiday once a year and two or three long week ends thats bout all the sailing they do meanwhiles the bank account is getting drained monthly ,a trailer sailer is more freedom and its no big deal park at side of house if you not able to sail the money saved lets you spend on the boat what ever it needs without cost worries parts are cheaper anyways not for everyone i guess

Alex, I'm from Florida in the US, too hot year round, too much sun, which of the trailerable models you've reviewed, is best to accommodate for a bimini top ?

This mostly comes down to where the main sheet comes down to and the height of the boom. Fixing points shouldn’t be a big problem but just check what boat are available to you.
