Truly, THEY ARE COOKED. Newjeans simply not having enough evidence to get out of their contract w/o paying debt already ruined them. Now they are on track to be perceived as negative impact on kpop history. I truly hope they forget MHJN before it's too late if ADOR is willing to still have them as an artist after all of this. Cuz if not they will be dealing with millions of debt and have no chance of EVER (successful) debuting in the kpop industry again.

You have made several misleading statments in this video, Hybe did NOT fire m h j the board of directors of Ador fired her, this is a big difference since one could be seen as Hybe interfering with Ador, while the other is normal business practices. That girl group is still with Ador no matter what they claim since the contract has not been legally terminated. That girl group has been violating their exclusive contract with Ador, Ador has remained faithful to the contract. When the court passes judgment, it will be that girl group who comes out on the losing end.

Hybe was interfering with ador lol, they didn’t wanna make it obvious because yea they legally wouldn’t be able to outright say “hey we have more power so get rid of her”, but mhj wasn’t the only one fired, it was two others on the board because they were in with mhj plans as well. The new members of the board were directly assigned by hybe after hybe fired them and had majority vote basically, it’s sorta like among us and hybe is the imposter lol. And after since the courts decided that it was unfair to mhj they allowed for her to have a preliminary injunction, she was ceo but she had very little power than the first time she was assigned ceo, hybe had primary shareholdings to ador so hybe insisted on a meeting which essentially forced ador to make a decision, which then led to them voting for a new ceo and mhj being offered new positions, she declined those positions which then led her to leave all together. Here’s a more basic explanation of this: Hybe used their power to basically force ador to make mhj leave. Because well yea hybe can’t directly fire her but after they went through all these legal loopholes in their contract they were able to get her to leave. So it’s to everybody’s understanding that hybe was the one that got her fired cuz well, ador has new management primary assigned by hybe.

True. Because at the first injunction court Hybe lost. Judge argument was Hybe is not Ador. Although Hybe got damage by MHJ action, but Ador still generated profit. According MHJ contract, she can be fire if she damaging Ador. But South Korea law, the board of directors in a company can fire their CEO. So, Hybe replaced all Ador's directors except MHJ, because they cannot fire MHJ. Then Ador's board directors fired MHJ. Hybe is not Ador according the judge. Ador and Hybe is 2 different company. Although Hybe have 80% of Ador's stock. Legally they are 2 different company.

True no matter what their contract says there are 2 steps to take one the declaration you wish to terminate and reasons for termination are usually stated but don't really have to be. Step 2 you get the court to 'Rubber stamp' the termination eg the judge will look and either agree yes you can terminate do you still wish to terminate. If the answer is Yes then he says it's terminated and usually a stamp of terminated in stamped onto the terminated contract in red ink.

The Jeanz account didn't post any screenshots of it till hours later which was just 2 photos. Are they still honoring schedules? Thought they would be done after the Golden Disc Awards. I was about to sneeze until I saw your comment. My heart sank and I'm really happy if she is because I felt like she would be the only nwjns member to do so. Hyein's uncle is involved, so therefore she will. Danielle, Hanni, and Minji are basically the main trouble makers. She's also been unusually quiet. I know she's normally quiet, but she's not mute. She looks drained and as if she has been reading off a script. Maybe I'm hypothesizing? I guess we'll find out.

They should be banned for live from the industry worldwide together under any type of name or solo's.
