Do you know the unit of the frequency? or maybe the approximate min / max? In sine or classic mode, when set to 30, what is the min /max power?
@jzreefz21 күн бұрын
@@SourcrowdOnMyPlate From what I found online, the minimum frequency is 5%.

Thanks for a clear honest assessment. Just installed 3 Jebao wavemakers. One is already not functioning properly without good reasons. Looks like quality control not high.

Sorry to hear that.

Use one of the 4500ghr ones and excellent. Quiet a bunch of modes and speeds. have years of their powerheads and they just kept working.😃

Nice! It was a hit & miss in my case. Works well for quite some time, makes funny noises after a while. However, a simple power cycle solved it.

@@jzreefz I must of got lucky on the ones have used. Love the new display on the controller also. I don't use the wireless setup because can't find any pc software to install.

@@samiam9059 Do check out your Google Play Store or Apple store for an application call Jebao Aqua. Unfortunately, there are no PC applications available for Jebao devices yet.

Can i set it up with the controller only and not with an android phone?
@jzreefz Жыл бұрын
Yes, you can definitely use it without the app or connecting to your network. However, you might want to consider getting the non wifi versions.. Saves you a few bucks

How is the overall power? I have a densely planted tank and need the to move to generate flow in the aquarium. Would you suggest this one or another product?
@jzreefz3 жыл бұрын
The overall power is not overpowering. Depending on your aquarium size, do get the smaller MLW-5 rated at 3000L/h if you have a smaller setup

Can this be used with the apex?
@jzreefz2 жыл бұрын
I believe you will need the Jebao adapter and connect to the 0-10v port.

i am listening ZzZzZzZz.... whats this ?
@jzreefz3 жыл бұрын
Hi, it is rather quiet under water. You are hearing the humming sound as I am recording in a quiet space with the wavemaker running dry.
@jzreefz3 жыл бұрын
The noise level when I ran it dry is slightly louder than placing your ear near a fan running on high speed

Is this good for a 20g long tank? Or should i get the 10 series?
